Includes fenced in Spanish moss live oaks courtyard with sitting area and new propane grill. Fast Wifi and spacious counter nook for a comfy remote workstation.

Whether you rent this space with or without the main house, you will feel like you are in your own little universe thanks to thoughtful insulation and your own fenced in entrance and backyard patio with pavers, plants, and outdoor seating.
