Berlin Stay

The apartment is compact, but functional. The balcony is great with lovely views. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly and the apartment is located in a beautiful part of Berlin. It is within walking distance of all amenities including Mexicoplatz train station. Thanks for a great stay.

Tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gute Raumaufteilung, auch für mehrere Leute. Sehr ruhige Lage. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns willkommen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist allerdings ausbaufähig (z. B. Messer unscharf, Durchschlag fehlt). Die Küchenutensilien waren leider nicht sauber..

Ausgesprochene empathische und sympathische Vermieter

Von der ersten Begegnung beim Check-In bis zur Verabschiedung ein äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt. So erklären sich auch die vielen Stammgäste, die teilweise 15 Mal diese Annehmlichkeiten in Anspruch genommen haben. Wir werden sicherlich dort wieder buchen.

Wonderful place in a lovely neighbourhood

This is a great, well organized apartment, with a generous terrace, looking, also from the living room windows, into the heavenly green of beautiful old trees — in a fantastic location, where one can explore the "Mexikoplatz", walk to the "Schlachtensee" and have a meal in the restaurant "Fischerhütte", take the bus or S-Bahn to many other places. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

Wonderful stay in a quiet area

We had a very pleasant stay while visiting for the Berlin Marathon. The apartment was exactly as pictured, the host even prepared the baby bed and baby towels for my infant! The property is a very short walk away from the Mexiloplatz train station and therefore it was very easy to get to the rest of the city.

Schöne Wohnung, schöne Umgebung, gute Anbindung an Berlin und Potsdam

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, mit einer guten Anbindung zu Berlin Zentrum und Potsdam. Mexikoplatz ist ein schöner Bahnhof mit kleinen Lädchen, wo man alles kaufen kann was man braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Aufenthalt im Grünen

Ein für uns passendes kleines, aber vollständig eingerichtetes Penthouseappartment. Liegt mitten im Grünen und ist trotz S-Bahn-Nähe absolut ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Wir werden sehr freundlich empfangen durch den Gastgeber. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen Strasse aber nah an der Strassenbahn, nur wenige Minuten vom Wannsee. Es gab Bäcker auf ein paar Minuten, den Supermarkt war ein bisschen weiter. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, alles Nötige war da, damit wir morgens ruhig frühstücken könnten. Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal!

Top ruhige Lage, gut genutzte 30qm

Alles in Ordnung, 2min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn, schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, überdurchschnittlich viele Verbrauchsmaterialien vorhanden. Duschen in der Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber gut machbar. Öffentliche Parkplätze an der Straße vor dem Haus waren immer frei. Netter Gastgeber.
