Architecturally designed and just a 50 metre walk to the beautiful Barwon River. Only 6 years old this light-filled home designed locally by award-winning architect, Irons McDuff Architecture. Perfect for a family and able to sleep up to 6 guests. The house is best suited to a young family.

Stroll through the Moonah forest over the road directly to the river to enjoy fishing, kayaking or a dip. Only a 2 minute drive into the main street of Barwon Heads, safe beach for swimming with kids or a surf at 13th beach.

The front pod is clad in locally sourced sugar gum timber and includes the entrance, kitchen and dining table which can fit 6 people. Continue through the glass link walkway to the cosy living area with a large TV, gas fireplace, air conditioner and custom lounge. Feel free to browse the many architectural books in the living area. The first bedroom includes a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms access the central powder room and bathroom with large shower and plenty of storage for beach towels. The main bedroom (recently painted in a dark grey) is expansive and includes a King size bed and private ensuite with another large shower.

Enjoy the outside decking and established garden whilst cooking on the webber BBQ. An outdoor shower is perfect to wash sand off after a day at the beach.

We accept pets at this house as the rear garden is fully enclosed and pet friendly. We just ask that pets are kept off furniture.
