1 large master bedroom w/ king bed & ensuite bathroom inside our home in a lovely wooded area 8-10 min. from hospitals, UWEC, and downtown Eau Claire. Designated lit off-street parking place in driveway. Enjoy quiet while close to Parks, highways and shopping. 2 bikes to loan. Come and go as you like, we are very flexible. Share our kitchen if you like and hang out on our deck as your time permits. You have a full fridge & freezer for your use. Fresh pure well water for drinking & bathing. We welcome everyone.
