This property is on the beautiful Comal River in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. The house has approx 1800sf living space, with extra space of a mud and laundry room at ground level. The property is just under one full acre, with over 125 feet of river frontage. This rental is "long term" and must be more than 30 days. We are renting for Jan/Feb 2022 only.
