Stayed 3 nights at this accommodation . Clean and tidy unit with a few amenities to be able to cook and eat meals instead of going out all the time . Small but beautiful patio to watch the sunset . Owner very approachable
Nice little place.
Owner lives there and vacates for guests.
Place needs a deep clean.
Checking in was a challenge, and address is only given out very close to check in day.
The constant messages with instructions on how to vacate was OTT. We felt like we were an intrusion.
However, David was quick to reply to any message.
Very nice apartment in a good location, and David was very helpful with the check in process.

West Perth Apartment
Location notification only 1 day prior to stay so no opportunity to cancel. Unfortunately at major busy intersection so very noisy. No shelves/drawers for clothes & only 10 coat-hangers. No luggage storage. Dirty oven (did not use). Laundry area dirty/dusty. Windows/glass dirty. No spare pillows.No bowls/collander/bakeware. Lack of power-points in living area. No bathroom vanity sink plug. No washing rack/pegs. No vacuum cleaner recharge cable. Not value for money.
This is a very nice apartment. Very clean and spacious. Views and walking distance to Subiaco where I had appointments. Also a quick walk to restaurants and great early morning coffee two doors down. I would definitely stay again if the need arises.
This is a clean, spacious, bright, secure apartment with underground parking. A little noisy with traffic (did not bother us senior citizens) and once the balcony doors are closed, it is quiet inside. Several restaurants within a short walking distance. David provided bread, jams,coffee, etc. which was nice touch. He was quick to respond to questions. Would highly recommend.
