Cute old property but if you are looking for modern and pristine this is not for you.Easy to walk to many of the sights of Sydney and lots of transport options. No parking though - if you drive there are no good daytime parking options around and street parking is 2 hours. Managers easy to deal with and all you need to do self after is provided. Thanks.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disappointing
Pretty grubby, bathroom and kitchen floors filthy and sticky , had to mop before use. Carpets smelly and lots of cobwebs. Not a comfortable place to stay.
A beautiful character home in a fantastic location
It was a beautiful character home that was homely and comfortable. Despite being inner city, it was peaceful and really quiet. Amazing location and super convenient to absolutely everything. Lovely restaurants closeby
Loved this house. It is very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. You will want for nothing. Excellent public transport, great cafes and nice walks nearby. The host provides great support and communication. would
As a family from the country visiting Sydney for the first time, the 3 bedroom terrace added an extra charm of experiencing life in the city. Location was perfect with a easy walk to public transport. Very little road noise. The local pub down the road offered an easy solution for a quick meal when tired from sightseeing. Only downside, the neighbor next door with their very squeaky gate.
We loved the house and the location.
Young ones were able to go off on their own to the shops and cinema. Easy to access public transport. The house had everything we needed and more. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you
Great location in close proximity to conference venue, as it was a short walk to the University of Sydney and meander to Broadway Shopping Centre.
Terrace house was nice and cosy with plenty of room for a short stay of 5 adults.
We had a welcomed stay and would stay again.
Thank you.
We loved the Glebe property! It had everything we needed. It's spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space. (We were there over Easter weekend and had an Easter egg hunt in the back garden.) The neighborhood was wonderful, with beautiful established trees. The property is within walking distance of shopping centers, cafes, restaurants and playgrounds. The only downside is that it is not close to a train station. Communication with the owners was excellent. I would return in a heartbeat. In fact, I would live there. 5 stars for me.
Fantastic for a few days in the city. Close to Glebe”s best spots and the house is well appointed with no problems parking. Would recommended and will be back.
A very quiet accommodation near to restaurants, the university, and easy to use transit accessing all the great sites of Sydney. The building is an interesting old structure with a leafy green back yard space. We could dash over the footbridge to the university’s coffee shop for an early latte and banana bread. The third room is quite small and the bathroom needs more hooks to hang things. The place was adequately clean but could use a good deeper cleaning.,That said, I would definitely stay here again, no hesitation!
Nice place; however, if you are driving, be sure you have a place to park before booking. The extra toilet is located outside and downstairs in a little room with the washer and dryer. The accommodations are clean and have ample kitchen utensils.
Owner was great to communicate with and flexible about check in. Location is in nice neighborhood, very close to bus stop to Harbor area. Very nice cozy back yard patio; could use some newer outdoor furniture was only issue.
Would definitely stay here again.
Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Sehr gute Lage, um schnell in der City zu sein.
Würden dort jederzeit wieder übernachten.
This was a very cool home. Well equipped and very comfortable spaces. Check in was super easy. I liked the neighborhood location and easy access to harbor areas. We used ride share a lot and reasonable distance to the areas we wanted to visit.

Why they chose this property
I lived in this cute, sun filled terrace for ten years while attending Sydney Uni and working in the local theatre scene. I loved how it provided a private oasis right next door to the University, allowing me and my flat mates the opportunity to walk to Broadway to shop, to cafes and cinemas, to Newtown and the city, which are all within a stones throw of the front door. The terrace is fresh and clean I lived in this cute, sun filled terrace that is a family property for ten years while attending Sydney Uni snd UTS and loved how it provided a private oasis right next door to the University, allowing me to walk to Broadway, to cafes in Glebe and Newtown and catch buses to the city within a stones throw of my front door. In fact, the city is only 3 minutes drive away. The terrace is fresh and clean, offering everything you would need for a comfortable short term or long term stay in Sydney.
What makes this property unique
