With upstairs and downstairs being separated it makes the perfect place for a family group to holiday together and still have your own space.

The family dog is also most welcome!

The Space:
This beach house is 2 storeys with two bedrooms upstairs with an open plan kitchen, dining, main bathroom, and a sunny nook to take in the ocean breeze.

Downstairs is an additional 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette with living area, and external laundry / 2nd bathroom.

Outside, you have plenty of space and even a hot outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after the day at the beach.

Only approx. 15 minutes from Batemans Bay town centre and approx. 20 minutes from Moruya.
