You will have absolutely zero noice from outside except the nature. Peaceful, ample parking, newly renovated, Wifi, Smart TV, Coffee maker, microwave,fridge. It’s equipped with central speaker system so you can enjoy movies or song with theatre like experience. You will have whole place for yourself with completely private and separate entry. You will have your own privacy ,not shared with anyone.

The room we booked was not the room we received according to the photos. There was no washer/dryer as listed in the ad. The hairdryer was a tiny “90210” kid hairdryer 😂. The tenants above the basement suite were very heavy footed most of the day and evening. The surrounding property was overgrown, lacked any curb appeal and privacy. The stove was greasy. Overall the price was right but the photos and description were not accurate

Very good privacy and amazingly clean inside! It was the perfect place for us as we went for my friend’s wedding. Location is easily findable if you’re calling for an Uber as well!
