He'll be careful. This was my first booking with hotels.com. I arrived at the BH Mallorca apartment and during the booking I was directed to BH Club B. The rooms were different from the ones in the lower standard. There was a very bad smell in the room. Only the courtesy of the reception lady changed the room. I got a different room in a different facility than in the pictures.

Le systeme de bracelet pour entrer dans sa chambre est tres bien conçu et pratique. Accueil compétent. Chambre mal isolée quand la chambre d’a coté ou 3 etages en dessous fait la fete jusqu’a 7 heures du matin. Le lendemain un Anglais est tombé du 3eme etage malgré les avertissements et pancartes indiquant l’interdiction (vive l’alcool). Bien placé.

Nära stranden, mycket festande och högljutt hotell då det bara är ungdomar. Bara snabb mat runt området inga fina restauranger, fest & barer. Taxi 400kr till hotellet och tillbaka till flygplatsen

Spacious home colse ti everything

Close to beach, shops, clubs. Really comfortable and spacious apartment. Plenty of free parking all around. Cleaning was not so good.

Hotel was over all good. Food there were few choices and mostly same dishes. Wifi was the worse you will be getting two bars in your room but most of the time it will disconnect and wont work. The swimming pool closes too early at 19:00 hours. when its day light and properly hot. If anyone cant survive without wifi then I guess you might want to look for different sources/ Hotel. Air condition was not strong and it will take ages for the room to get cold. You will get a wrist band that you have to wear 24hours and its very uncomfortable. If you take it off you can't go to the hotel. you will need to get a new one. I felt like a prisoner of war who is tagged. I was very very angy with wifi most of the time it won't work and when it does its soo slow you wont even to able to watch a youtube video without buffering. It was a free wifi fully open meaning any stranger from outside can get connected to it and use it for free. Hotels wifi needs to be fully secured and only it is supposed to be used by there customers.

Poor hotel

Staff ok and room is what you expect in magaluf.Hotel is very noisy. Pool is rubbish nobody uses it . Completly dead hotel every one goes to other hotel up the street. And if you have an all inclusive deal youve just wasted your money because you have to go to another hotel to avail of this and while its got a better pool to sit at the food is average and the drinks at bar are limited to vodka, everthing else has to be paid for. Theres one barman serving a lot of people causing a long 15 min queue and only 1 drink per person at bar means standing in a queue for hours in 1 day.
