We'll positioned and priced for the area of SF it's in. Also free car parking is a great addition. Room for three adults was very acceptable.

It was like stepping back in time to the 1960s when we entered the room! I don’t think they have changed anything since then! Good location though, handy to walk to fisherman’s whalf.

I recently spent four nights at this hotel. While the hotel itself has no doubt seen better days the room was clean and well-maintained. (I did feel that a refrigerator would have been useful, especially as the daytime temperatures were still in the 70s.) My room was at the back and gave me a view of a wall: the positive trade-off of this was there was much less noise than one might expect in this location. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would gladly stay there again on my next visit to San Francisco.

We had a room on the 3rd floor with a awesome bridge few - traffic on Lombard Street was busy but didn't bother us. Room was comfortable and clean, parking good. Easy walk to Fisherman's walk.

Our stay at the Lombard Motor Inn was good except for the mature aged woman at reception who was rude, argumentative and very unpleasant...all other staff were friendly and helpful...

Great location. Walking distance to Fishermans Wharf. Room was noisy as it faced the road but we did have a balcony with glimpses of Golden Gate bridge (weather permitting 😆)

Staff were not helpful, they would rather play games on their phones. I left 2 messages with the so called Manager and neither was returned. Room was dark and dismal and it smelt bad. The star rating for this hotel should be 2. Would not recommend.

Will stay again

When arrived lift was still out of order, luckily given 1st floor room resulting in short stairwell climb with luggage. On leaving 7 days later, they finally got the lift running again. Stay and room was ok. Front desk was very helpful in arranging a fridge for the room so that I could store my medications.
