I bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 lounge, 2 bathrooms, yes, 2 bathrooms both with toilets, basins, and showers in each, not sure why but it is what it is. Every room is incredibly spacious, the place is huge and very conveniently located, 2 minute walk to the centre of Sintra, great value, great location, great accomadation.

Good value; clean tidy and comfortable

The hotel is an older style, and the rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff seemed either a bit inexperienced or a bit disorganised, but they were always friendly and helpful. There is not a lot in the local area, but you do have access to 2 supermarkets and a few local restaurants. The local pizza, around the corner behind the hotel, is quite good. We stayed here as an inbetween place to visit both Porto and the Duoro Valley, but due to the terrain it was not the best spot, should have gone more north closer to the main highways.

Friendly, quiet and comfy

Large spacious apartment, very helpful staff. Has everything one can need, including a kettle, except for a working washing machine. (Downstairs however the girls can wash and dry for 10 Euros.) The washer in our Pena Palace Apt was full of dirty water, and we weren't sure if that contributed to the stagnant smell in the bathroom. Otherwise place was perfect. We were given free breakfast supplies too and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this airy comfortable Apartamento.

Great location - bed was too hard

We stayed in the apartment located at Travessa da Macieira. Check the information when booking this accomodation as they have various types of accomodation and locations. It is a great location, very easy walking to the centre of town, tourist buses and train station. It is a nicely decorated apartment with everything you need. For this apartment be aware that there is a narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom, can be an issue for someone with poor mobility. The two issues we had was that the bed was ridiculously hard, could not sleep for the 2 nights. The down stairs toilet smells of drains, had to keep the door closed and did not use it. If these two issues were fixed we would rebook this apartment again.

Awesome apartment in the heart of Sintra

Great location, lovely apartment. The owner even let us leave our baggage at the office on the last day so that we could explore in the hours before our flight. They even transported the luggage from the office to the accomodation for us. Great service would stay there again!!

Comfortable apartment in the middle of Sintra

Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Loved our little room at the top of the spiral staircase but wouldn't recommend it for elderly or infirm, getting our luggage upstairs was a challenge! The kitchen was very well kitted out, a full kitchen with everything one could possibly need and complimentary tea, coffee, jams, milk etc were a nice touch. It was a bit hairy driving our hire car through the narrow streets of Sintra so we were glad to park the car for the duration of our stay and use the buses or walk. Easy access to everything, very close to tourist info, bus stop, restaurants galore. Staff were so very friendly and helpful, even leaving us a note while we were out one day to apologise that the restaurant they had recommended was closed that night so they recommended another instead. Very good value, highly recommend.

Good size apartment ideal for a couple

Good size apartment ideal for a couple. Stairs to bedroom and toilet were somewhat different and not easy to anyone with mobility issues though ok for myself. Very clean with all necessary commodities/utensils. Will book again when in area.

Estadia perfeita

A estadia correu lindamente. Adorámos o apartamento e a localização. Muito limpo, tudo muito organizado e até os eletrodomesticos estão praticamente novos. O nosso apt tinha maq.de louça, frigorifico, microondas, fogao, maquina de cafe delta, torradeira... detergente de louça e pastilhas para maquina. perfeito para as nossas necessidades. A casa tem AC na sala e quarto. Para uma estadia de 2 noites tivemos acesso/por pessoa a 4 toalhas de rosto, 4 de banho. Tinha secador de cabelo e gel de banho. Tv com canais por cabo. Nós adorámos. Compramos o cabaz de pequeno almoço que foi dado a conhecer no check in online e tambem adorámos!!! A casa tinha um pátio com acesso a um jardim espetacular. (Coloco fotos das varias vistas do apartamento). Realço que ficamos no apt ADRAGA

The house is nice and the price for the 2 bedroom was reasonable. The view was nice on a hill. Wifi was good. Amenities were fine with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and more. The house was clean. The only issue we saw was that one of the walk in closets had mold on the walls so we could not use it. Also hot (or even warm) water was not available all the time. I think the boiler was too small for the number of people they had in the house. Communication was good and check in was seamless. Overall good experience and I would stay there again.

Horrible area for parking, streets very narrow, the apartment dosen't have elevator, both matresses in very bad conditions, all the facilities very poor and inadequate. Of course, we will not come back.

Vamos falar melhor.

Clean. Spacious. Not great communications about location, etc. Seem to forget that jet lagged people might not have much battery left either in the phone or the brain after an overseas flight making it stressful to connect when the location given isn't the actual location of the room.itherwuse really great.
