La Storia Ruby is a great little hotel in a good location. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, although a little small. Breakfast was excellent.

the hotel is located in a small street connecting two main streets so its quiet, very convenient to the sights of the old quarter. our room was 801 on the eights floor,spacious and very comfortable and very clean. the staff were wonderful, helping us sort out our weather cancelled trip to Cat Ba Island and arranging alternate day tours. I would like to thank Jasmine, Tom, Jack the foyer attendant and the breakfast room staff, all of you helped make our stay at the La Storia Ruby very special and personal . You made it hard for any other hotel to replicate

Great hotel in ideal place

Our experience with the hotel, the location, and the staff was first class from start to finish. The staff made us feel very special and we're always extremely helpful and welcoming. Please overlook that the rooms were a bit on the small side, as everything about the hotel and their staff more than made up for this. The majority of the staff had very good English which made it easy for us to communicate with them. The staff were not only interested in our holiday, but also of our home. Would recommend the hotel to everyone, and would definitely stay here again. I even shared a box of chocolates from home with the staff. Many thanks to all for helping make our holiday in Vietnam one to remember.

Best Hotel in Hanoi

The staff especially Jasmine, Isbella and Justin went over and upabove in customer service to accommodate the whole family who were sick. Jasmine rebooked our tours, accommodation and ensured that all areas of our holiday went smoothly.

Great little hotel with awesome staff

We received a warm welcome on arrival and the staff were all very helpful and considerate throughout our stay. The rooms are small but beautifully appointed, quiet, clean and well laid out. Can't wait for an opportunity to stay here again!

This hotel is what you expect from a boutique hotel ,the position in Hanoiwas good , right in the centre of the old quarter. The breakfast was more than adequate for all guests, with a variety of cuisines. The staff are what makes this hotel so good, that ALL went out of their way to make sure our stay was a good experience, from the welcoming drink and introduction to what the hotel and Hanoi had to offer. If we could give them 6 Stars we would. Thank you Justin , Isobella , Jasmine and Tracey and all of the other staff
