Room was a bit small. We were annoyed to be told that I would not get any points or Accor membership discounts. Because we had booked through an agent. My husband made the reservation for us and he is not an agent. This is the first time this has happened. I will not be renewing my membership unless the points I should have received are restored to me.

Great value for money, staff were accommodating and friendly, location is central, close to food, shopping and MTR. Fantastic base for exploring Kowloon and HK island. Will be happy to return.

Good spot.

Good location with a quiet comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast spread and the service from the check in and bar staff was polite and friendly. The hotel is looking a little dated in some aspects however I would stay here again. I suppose that’s a recommendation in itself.

Overall hotel stay was good and service okay.

Hotel staff were very polite and welcoming upon check-in. Also very mindful/caring at check-out and advised to go to the airport as earliest as possible due to the escalation of violence and road blocks in regards to the protests in HK as many metro stations were closed. Service was excellent. Room was big and the bed was comfortable. However, there were not many English movie channels to watch as I do not understand Cantonese/Mandarin. Mix of continental and Asian breakfast. Food was average. Noisy neighbours speaking very loud at late hours of the night. Room service was terrible and had only chicken or beef burger + salad/fries and noodle wonton soup. Everything else on the service room menu was not available. As I had paid my hotel room in advance and in full, there was no need to give a deposit upon arrival. However, they would not let me order room service unless I came down to the check-in counter to make a payment or give a deposit. I was very annoyed as it was 2am and had to get dressed to go down and sort out room service before my meal was delivered to my room 20 minutes later.

This is a fantastic hotel and location for first time travellers to Hong Kong. Temple st night market across the rd with many eateries and a 15 minute walk up Nathan rd to Mongkok and the Ladies Market. Jordan station nearby 5 min walk which takes you everywhere. Comfortable beds and rooms were fantastic. Not sure if I got a great deal because of the protests but value for money truly exceptional.
