extremadamente sucia la habitación. Toallas y sábanas sucias y percudidas, polvo, cucarachas, sin jabón, instalaciones viejas y descuidadas. La atención de la recepcionista fue pésima y el check in una hora después! No lo recomiendo, es literalmente el peor hotel en el que me he quedado

Las horas de check in y check out no coinciden lo que te muestra en la reservación y los que manejan al momento de ingresar al hotel, el servicio de recepción es poco amable (no en todos los horarios) elevadores sin servicio adecuado y no te entregan las habitaciones en el horario que ellos manejan, que es a las 4:00 de la tarde

Muy mal estado las habitaciones, falta mantenimiento general desde los elevadores hasta las habitaciones. Están viejas y mal mantenidas. Creen que solo con pintura se arregla todo los wc son muy viejos que gastan demasiada 20 litros de agua por jalón, Pero eso si, tienen un letrero de que una gota que se derrama de la llave de lavadero desgasta 20-40 lts.

Hotel Misión Mazatlán esta horrible

Fue la experiencia más horrible en un hotel. Lo escogimos por ser de la cadena Misión pero esta cayéndose literal y había ratas cucharas chinches en las camas se caían los plafones. Pedimos nuestra cancelación y devolución de dinero. Tuvimos que ir a buscar otro hotel. Fuimos 7 familias las que exigimos devolución solo ese día por favor no se hospeden ahí. Los mismos empleados están inconformes. Por favor Ya no promocionen este hotel

Horrible!!!!!

El hotel parece totalmente abandonado, se ve que ha tenido cero mantenimiento, los empleados hacen lo que pueden sin herramientas para las necesidades del hotel. Muy descuidado y sucio y deficiente en todo lo que está en la habitación. Ya lo conocía en otras ocasiones pero en esta última decidí no regresar jamás . Muy triste cómo decayó este hotel. Increíble que sea de la cadena Mision. Parece que lo administra la 4T. De pena ajena.

Hotel abandonado de los 90s

Terrible experiencia !!!! El hotel está viejo, descuidado, sin mantenimiento, el personal lo sabe y son nefastos, no hacen nada por mejorar. Parece hotel abandonado de los 90s. No comentan el error de reservar ahí, me fui con el engaño de que tiene playa, y si… pero a que costo.
