Beautiful location

Lovely leafy NW3. Quiet. Self contained which was great. So many eating places nearby. Close to tube. We stayed first floor, wouldn't want to stay any higher because of stairs and heat. Great value.

London Nightmare

We stayed for 7 nights. The room was not serviced. There was no lock on the window opening out to the road. The bed was supposed to be a double. It was not and we had to sleep head to toe. The room was extremely small and we had to navigate around our luggage when we went to bed or the bathroom. The table was 1metre long and 30cm wide . We would have moved if we had not had to pay up front.

Good for a short stay

This studio apartment had all we needed for a week in London and was spotlessly clean. The reception staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming, and we were able to have fresh towels daily. The shower had great pressure. The neighbourhood is leafy and relaxed, the Belsize tube station is only 5 minutes walk and there are plenty of cafes nearby, also a small supermarket. We have no hesitation in recommending Welby 37.

convenient location and good facilities

I was moved to a nearby property on arrival which was a little disconcerting after a long flight but the room was exactly what had been advertised and suited me well. The rooms are small but having a kitchen and en suite bathroom was a real plus. All of the people I dealt with were very helpful. The location was lovely.

Welbey Belsize Rd Belsize park London UK

If you have a car, forget it. There is no parking here whatsoever other than the pay & display with a 4 hour maximum. The room we had, had a bed the sixe of a caravan double and was under a staircase so you had to climb over your partner to get in /out of bed. There is no-one at reception after 6pm and before 11am. This is not really a hotel, more like a B&B without the breakfast.

Camden - small studio rental

The location is fantastic. A five minute walk to the tube. Several days prior to arriving we had emailed the host and made a specific request. It was not acknowledged, and when we showed up we had to prove that we actually had a booking.

Era muy sucio y viejo, la habitación en muy mal estado, muebles rotos, colchón incómodo, uno de los calefactores no funcionaba, las maderas de los marcos de puertas y ventanas estaban roidas y no cerraban bien. Se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones de al lado y, para colmo, no tenía ascensor tuve que subir y bajar las maletas por 4 pisos de escaleras muy empinadas y peligrosas. Lo bueno, el wifi gratis, el personal de recepción muy amable y el barrio.

Super Lage, hampstead und der Heath liegen fußläufig erreichbar und eine Tube in die Stadt fährt um die Ecke ab. Hampstead ist super geeignet um stadtnah zu wohnen aber dennoch ab vom Londoner Trubel und mit der Möglichkeit entspannter in kleinen Cafés und Boutiquen zu stöbern
