A little gem in Chongqing

I really enjoyed stay at Somerset Jiefangbei. This hotel is centrally located in Yuzhong district, walking distance to many tourists attractions. The apartments are well equipped with all the necessary appliances to be self sufficient, and very clean as well. Every staff member I had dealings with was help and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located, within easy walking distance to many of the key city sights - such as the Jiefangbei and the Hongyadong. Also served by several bus routes giving easy access to other tourist attractions - such as The People's Hall, the Three Gorges Museum and the Chongqing Museum. Many eateries (including the Food Street) and shopping malls nearby. The staff were most friendly and got out of their way to provide help. I cannot recommend this hotel more.

Clean, convenient and centrally located

I like staying at the Sommerset. It's clean, convenient, easy to get to by public transport and in a great central location. I also like having the full sized kitchen and a washing machine (although I would have prefered a bigger fridge ?). Breakfast is OK ..

Awesome Chongqing Stay

This place was awesome. We had a bedroom apartment with separate kitchen, lounge/dining area, bedroom and bathroom/laundry combined. Excellent location right near Chongquin's "Times Square"area and high end shopping district. Breakfast and wifi included. Excellent value for money.

Terrible Somerset service apartment.

Old and tired looking.Typical dull dark wood interiors,shower door no door seal and floor get wet after every shower. Breakfast menu is inadequate if you don't like traditional local Chinese stuff.Please train the two breakfast "aunties"to smile and one of them not to scratch her backside in the public.Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.For the price I expect better.

Great hotel

Great hotel and great location. Huge clean 1 bedroom apartment. Room included one breakfast and we paid $50Yuan to get another breakfast. It was a huge let down, seriously lack of variety of choice. Spend your $50yuan elsewhere for breakfast - trust me, you will get a better breakfast elsewhere for less than $50yuan!

透過導航會帶到一個巷子,看起來是飯店大門因為有招牌,但門是關著的也沒有服務電鈴或連絡電話,剛入境中國所以一切還很陌生,好不容易上網,結果因為還沒去買電話卡無法聯絡,折騰了很久終於聯絡上,有人來開了門,才知道這是飯店<後門>,有跟前台人員反映~應該貼個公告讓剛到達的旅客知道或是設個電鈴....但她好像沒什麼覺得有必要!! 幸好房間很舒適也很乾淨,打掃的人員比前台還有禮貌,所以算是一次不錯的入住!!

3박 4일 머물렀고, 걸어서 홍야동(洪崖洞), 해방비(解放碑), 지하철역(小什字站)과 매우 가까워서 도보로 관광하기도 편했습니다. 후문으로 편하게 출입할 수도 있고 리셉션도 친철했습니다. 디포짓 500위안도 체크아웃시 바로 취소 해주셨습니다.

아주 만족스런 숙소였어요

위치도 해방비 바로 옆이고 직원분들 모두 친절하셨어요 16층 강변뷰였었는데 야경보러 안나가도 넘진 뷰가 최고였어요조식도 나름 좋았고 직접해주는 중경소면도 맛있어요

The stay and place was ok . Problem we had was : 1. They couldn’t find my booking for 30 minutes 2. The bathroom was leaking water all over the floor 3. There was a construction going on and was noisy even they changed room but wasn’t the best time

首先， 一定要去住这个河景房间，太漂亮， 晚上窗外就是电影在线。 房间基本上很大， 很清洁， 我在国内出差基本都是住这个集团旗下的公寓。 所有员工态度是第一流，我这次有很多快递，在不同时间来到， 每一次都是大包小包搬去我房间， 笑容满面，一句抱怨言都没有。 唯一要说，是早餐真的太简单，我在广州， 上海同一所公寓， 早餐都是非常多选择， 只有在这里，有点觉得自己出去吃算了。但健身房是无敌，因为24小时随便用!
