Instalaciones muy viejas

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy viejas para ser un hotel con estadía PLUS. El servicio le falta mejorar en atención e información.En los restaurantes había que esperar mucho para que lo atendieran. Las mesas no estaban listas. Las habitaciones muy viejas, la ventana del balcón casi no se podía abrir, no sé si le faltaba aceite o mantenimiento. La comida en general rica. La playa donde está el hotel es bonita y muy agradable.

Amabilidad, comodidad y conveniencia

La amabilidad de todo el personal es de admirar, especialmente en los restaurantes y bares. La comida en los restaurantes a la carta es muy buena. Las camas son muy cómodas. El área Plus en general es muy conveniente. Nos vamos muy contentos de haber pasado 3 días aquí.

The hotel is old, the food is ok, poor entreatment, is not for people with difficult to walk. No sport bar and not areas with ac for seniors. I paid for all inclusive plus and is the same from the other all inclusive.

Not bad for an all inclusive. Food was average and the beds were satisfactory. If you have a mobility problem this property will be a challenge for you as walking distances between rooms, pools, and dining areas are long. You can get transportation for check in and check out which is nice

Excellent stay at Royal Decameron

Our stay was very pleasant despite a missunderstanding in the check-in. Personnel of the hotel were very understanding and made a bad first impression went great. The only critic would be for other guests saving chairs near the beach o the swimming pool, from early hours in the morning and not using them. There was no response from the secutity agents and no other way to modify that selfish dynamic
