Good choice in central Shenzhen

Good location and decent internet. Be prepared for the following though: 1) The English ability of the staff is pretty bad. 2) The staff have zero problem solving ability. They have obviously been trained to be robots and get confused when given a request that doesn't compute. This means that you have to solve their problems for them. For example, I needed a bowl. I contacted reception and asked for one and was told that they absolutely could not provide one. Little did they know that I had observed millions of bowls at the buffet breakfast that morning and had a solution to their problem of lack of bowls. Once it was pointed out to them that they could walk 15 metres to the restaurant to fetch a bowl, a bowl promptly arrived. On another occasion I asked for a new breakfast coupon to save me from having to return to my room to get mine. Again, I was told it absolutely could not be done until I pointed out that I could just take the discarded coupon left by the person in front of me in the line who had just told him he didn't need it. 3) The breakfast is borderline inedible because its all drab Chinese food. If you are a westerner, you will probably gravitate towards the eggs and toast. At the toaster you will usually have to help at least one curious but bewildered Chinese person learn how to use the toaster. This may involve saving their lives as you stop them from sticking a knife into the toaster to get their toast because they haven't figured out the popping function.

Western style hotel in the financial district.

Second time I have stayed here and for good reason. I will be back because it is everything you need for a short to medium term stay in Shenzhen. Groceries are across the road, eateries along the road, KK mall and metro up the road, Dongmen within walking distance. Complaints are minor mainly relating the bathroom where a nasty smell around the toilet area, lack of toilet paper, constantly wet after shower, tea and coffee amenities are very basic, carpet needed to thorough steam cleaning to get rid of the embedded stains. Overall great value but improvements are easy to achieve. I would like to see dedicated smoke free zones.

spacious room

Its a short walk from KK mall that has Shenzhen's tallest building. Deluxe Business Room is spacious but with some issues. Doors onto balcony were screwed shut, so bring a pocket knife. Kitchenette has sink but no taps. Mini-bar is just two bottles of water. there is no fridge. And while there is a kettle and tea and coffe there is no cups. Reception suggested i bought my own cup. Wifi only works if you stand in the hallway. The reception did solve some issues after complaining, they bought up a fridge and a wifi router, I continued to stay 2 weeks as it is quite nice for the money

花這麼高費用卻住到很舊沒裝修的房。水壓很小 讓我忍住不洗頭 擔心洗不乾淨。早餐外加錢 但是都沒什麼東西可吃 補貨太慢。等我吃完 還有幾道是空的。周圍的餐廳還不錯 彌補一下住房的失望。不過 前台服務的一位女性專員 （忘記記下名字） 很專業也有耐心。這是替飯店加分

Good photographer. But not how it really is

Very Moldy walls and baseboards. Dark and spooky, especially the washroom. 4 stars and they charged me for toothbrush and regular toiletries. No Wifi on iPhone. All instructions in chinese. Stained carpets. Aircon sputtering noisy and not really cold. I can’t even upload pics of all the mold.

位置十分方便，5分鐘步行到KK Mall, 15分鐘到萬象城，酒店樓下很繁華，有大量不同口味的餐廳供遊人選擇在。但酒店設施比較陳舊。房間清潔程度亦一般，地氈有數處明顯污漬。

エアコンがベッドの枕の上の位置に設置され、水が垂れてきて、水浸しになった。またトイレの水は相当流れが悪く、詰まるし、水の溜まりが悪い。 更に上記理由をホテル側にお伝えしても、面倒くさい雰囲気を醸し出しながら、部屋の変更はなし。 深センのホテルを色々試しながら宿泊しているが、このホテルと同価格帯にはたくさん良いホテルがあるため、最低評価をつけさせてもらいます。

订了600多一晚的商务房，房间装修挺旧10年前风格。最要命是楼下的停车场不属于酒店，每次都会被停满，酒店也没有向物业预留车位，搞到总要到处找车位。

這樣的酒店免費也不入住

我預訂的是加大床房，去到酒店登記的時候，酒店卻說我所預訂只是普通床房，給不了加大床的房，普通房要就要，不要的話就自己去追訂房的網站，舆酒店無關，大清早8點多就開始再鑽墻，打電話詢問，接電話的十分不耐煩的講了兩句就把電話掛了。

The fungus. The parts of pilled off wallpapers with marks of the fungus' fight. The bed, the mattress smells with fungus especially when the humidity is high. The cockroaches. I saw small and huge. On my bed. In the night. It waked me up by a special sound of the wings. That was great. Sir Alfred Joseph Hitchcock weeps somewhere...
