舒适的酒店

客房非常整洁，服务很到位，酒店设施舒适便利，最重要的是酒店的位置太好了，楼前就是西湖景区，很适合度假。总体满意。

Good Hotel with Bad services

What so called included breakfast is just for one guest, but we have two persons checked in...Hotel is not flexible and very strange system.
