Friendly staff in a hotel in great location.

We arrived and we're checked in by a lovely lady. She was very helpful and allowed us into our room several hours earlier then the stated check in as the room was ready. The hotel has a lovely interior and is very clean. Our room was quite small but being in Austria we only needed a place to sleep as we would be enjoying everything Salzburg has to offer and there is so much. Such a beautiful place. The wifi was great and simple to use. Our room was clean and well presented. The only down side in no air conditioning or cooling. Nor ally not and issue but we stayed during a heat wave and it was very hot. There was a street market on while we stayed that was directly outside the hotel doors. Talk about amazing food! The hotel is close to all the attractions you would like to see. Would recommend the Frau Maria bicycle tour which is in the Mirabellaplatz. Check out was a breeze and they had luggage storage. This is a great hotel with friendly staff

Good, clean and comfortable stay

The hotel Vier Jahreszeiten was a good stay for us for three nights. Its located within walking distance from the Salzburg Train Station and also from the town 'centre' on both sides of the river. The hotel itself was fine, while our room was tiny. Staff were great and helpful with directions and advice. Dont miss the great value "Pasta e Vio" restaurant around the corner, great value and excellent food (and wine!).

On the door step of Old Salzburg

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast. Within walking to old town and on door step of Mirabell Gardens and tour pick ups - overall a good position and within a walk from the rail station, car hire, etc. Hotels in this region are not equipped with aircon as don't usually need it - however it was hot and natural ventilation was all we had. Would have no problem staying again.

A lovely hotel. Easy walk to the old city. A fan or aircon would have been nice as it was a little warm at night. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel but cramped rooms

Hotel was classy but slightly dated. The rooms were very cramped. Our room had 3 chairs, 2 side tables and 2 tables which left no room for our luggage bags.

Fantastic Hotel would very highly recommend

The room we had was fantastic! Plenty of space and really nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. Was a 5 minute walk to a street with plenty of restaurants and 10 minute walk to the river. Would highly recommend this hotel.
