Beautiful and relaxing resort with first class service!

This was my first stay at Glendorn and I felt it was worthwhile to post a review on my stay. My girlfriend and I made the long weekend trip in April 2010, so this write-up comes shortly after our stay. I have to first say, I was blown away by this resort. The food was fantasic, the service was wonderful, and the outdoor activities were most enjoyable. We especially loved the decor and how it embraced the history of the resort. We will be back again and will recommend to friends/family. Food: We ate at the lodge. One evening we had a 5 course meal which included lobster, veal, monkfish, beef short rib, ribeye, and lemon custard dessert. Breakfast was a delicous omlete and unique sauage. Room: Beautiful decor, fresh cookies and chocolate upon arrive. Nice king sized beds Activities: We did fly fishing and trap/skeet. Guides were extremely helpful and did well on teaching us proper techniques Staff: Everyone was helpful and friendly. Took care of everything we needed
