Tastefully decorated throughout, this condo includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker and more), new granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, washer, dryer, queen sized bed and queen size murphy bed (with optional 3" memory foam mattress topper), large walk in closet, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Relax with your morning coffee or enjoy your evening sunsets on the large lanai.
A beautiful clubhouse which includes a 24-hour fitness center, media room, resort-style pool is also available on the premises.

My husband and I are both born and raised in Toronto, Ontario Canada. We have 3 children, 3 grandchildren and two dogs. We have been vacationing in Florida for many years and just can't seem to stay away. We look forward to each and every visit.
