Ski in and out

Great apartment and host with everything you need for a week skiing. Love being able to get on the slope to the gondola from the apartments.

Perfect stay by ski slopes

The apartment is small but was perfect for our my son and I on our recent ski-ing holiday at Ellmau. It was clean, warm and dry. We skied from the apartment car park straight onto the piste which leads to the main gondala up the mountain. Wide variety of restaurants to choose from in Ellmau. Jan was extremely helpful.

A hike into town

For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view.

Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, direkt an der Skipiste. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Skiraum und Stiefelkeller sind auch vorhanden. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 3 Personen absolut ausreichend.

Ferienwohnung Ellmau

Super Lage um Skifahren zu gehen oder zu wandern. Man ist auch schnell im Ortskern wo es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt.Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Leider nicht enteist und daher zeitweise glatt.In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Ausser ein Haartrockner aber den kann man ja mitbringen. Leider konnten wir deutsches Fernsehen nur über ein Smartphone auf den Fernseher übertragen.Aber man fährt ja nicht in den Urlaub um Fernsehen zu schauen.Alles in allem top und wir werden wiederkommen.

Fijn appartement voor (actieve) buitenvakantie

Samen met zoon (17) een heerlijke week verbleven in dit niet zo heel klein "klein maar fijn" appartement. Voor een verblijf waarbij je het grootste deel buiten bent is het echt ruim genoeg voor 2. en echt geen probleem dat het 1 studio is. Slaapbank en bed liggen heerlijk (kunnen uitgeklapt blijven om voldoende loopruimte te houden). Douche is warm en krachtig. De stoelen op balkon en in de kamer zijn comfortabel. Genoeg servies ed. Vanaf het appartement sta je zo op de skipiste (in/out). Wanneer je goed ter been bent loop je naar het dorp, wel een klimmetje terug. met de auto ben je er zo. Kortom een aanrader, tevens heel snel en goed contact met de eigenaar!

Schönes gepflegtes Apartment mit Südbalkon direkt an der Piste

Ich war mit meinem Neffen für 1 Woche zum Skifahren in diesem schönen Apartment in einer sehr großen Wohnanlage mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, gemütlich und vollständig für die Selbstversorgung. Im Haus gibt es einen Skikeller und einen Trockenraum für die Schuhe, die Schuhheizung ist allerdings etwas schwach. Besonders schön ist auch der Südbalkon, und die Lage direkt an der Piste ist optimal. In der Kaiserbäckerei am Kirchplatz haben wir den Brötchenservice bestellt und bekamen jeden Morgen frische Brötchen vor die Haustür gestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beim Betreten des Gebäudes kam uns ein etwas setsamer Geruch entgegen, ebenso im App.. Ein Fön wie beschrieben war nicht aufzufinden, ebenfalls lies sich der Fernseher nicht einschalten.

Im Grunde zufrieden

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und die Kommunikation mit Herr Kaan war immer freundlich. Fragen während des Aufenthaltes wurden zügig beantwortet. Die Wohnung war doch etwas kleiner als erwartet bzw als beschrieben. Aber da wir nur zum Schlafen da waren, war es weniger schlimm. Die Ausstattung ist schon was in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt aber ihren Zweck.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer Toplage zum Skifahren. Alles so wie beschrieben und sehr unkomplizierter Check in. Es war perfekt für meine Tochter und mich dort eine Woche zu verbringen.

Die Lage ist gut!

Sehr zuverlässiger netter Vermieter, den wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben. Wir waren zu zweit in dem schönen Appartement. Dafür hat es die richtige Größe. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt auf relativ kleinen Raum. Vor allem die Nähe zum Skilift ist ein großer Vorteil. Wir kommen nächsten Winter gerne wieder!

Alles da!

In der FeWo war alles da um 10 Tage in einer wunderschönen Gegend Urlaub zu machen! Es war sauber, bissle klein für 3 Leute (Tochter, Enkel und ich), aber man konnte sich auch auf dem großen Balkon aufhalten. Außerdem ist man ja eh unterwegs. Rundum schön und empfehlenswert.

Solide Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Die Unterkunft war sauber und aufgeräumt. Man hatte alles was man benötigt. Meine Kinder (11J, 6J) und ich haben 5 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und uns wohl gefühlt. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Für uns ein insgesamt gelungener Aufenthalt.
