This property shouldn't be on VRBO

The property was lovely, however the ad is very misleading. I was of the understanding that the entire point of VRBO was that you'd have the entire property to yourself, which is not the case with this place. There's 8 total units on the property. I was looking forward to relaxing with my buddies but around ever corner was a family with kids or couples on their honeymoon. If they had meantioned that this was part of the property I likely would have booked somewhere else. TLDR: Really nice place that's well run, however the ad fails to meantion that you'll be sharing everything with strangers.

Excellent Getaway Spot!

We had an awesome time staying at the lodge. We rented out the carriage house, the main residence, and suite #1 and we never felt pressed for space. The view is incredible, the beds are very comfortable, and the location in proximity to Harrison beach made for an easy walk/drive over if we wanted to sit on a Sandy beach. My only heads up for future renters is that there isn’t actually a pool onsite, it’s the pool located in the city of Harrison Hot Springs that they’re referring to on the listing. Also, parking was a bit contentious due to the size of our group and the signs were a bit confusing. My only critique of the accommodations themselves is that there was a fair bit of dog or cat hair on the black couch in the main residence, but I was able to lint roll it off before anyone sat down. The carriage house and suite 1 were immaculate. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone planning a larger gathering.

Great place. Family enjoyed it. Would not hesitate to go back.

Family enjoyed the beautiful walkways and beach area. We parked our sea doo at dock and had a wonderful time. A beauty of a spot in Harrison to unwind.

The Lodge is stunning!

The main house at the lodge is lovely. Amazing views. Lots of room, bright light and space to roam. Well equipped and Jason was very organized and easy to communicate with. There were 10 of us and it was a 50th birthday party. Quiet time is 10:00 pm and very firm on that. It was tough to keep a group of 10 quiet at a party and the complaints of noise started coming from guests at 5:00 pm - which surprised us! There is a unit directly above the main house. If you want a quiet get-away this home is ideal but if you have a large group and may make some noise, not ideal. Still highly recommended, we had a great time.

Exceptional Experience

Wonderful property and hosts! Jason replied immediately to questions and was available/attentive during our stay without encroaching on our privacy at all. The home is wonderfully equipped with a full gourmet kitchen, gas style fireplace and TV/wifi while offering privacy and a stunning view of the lake. Seconds from downtown while feeling a world away - wonderful property with strong sense of 'pride of ownership'.

Gorgeous place

The Lodge on Harrison Lake is absolutely stunning. The Lodge was very well equipped and very spacious. Everything was very clean and organized and Jason made sure we enjoyed our stay. Having the private beach area just steps away was super relaxing. Another surprise spot are the two lounging chairs that overlooks the lake, absolutely loved it.

Very impressive getaway!

We were blown away with our stay at Jason and Michelle's Lodge on Harrison Lake. The master bedroom alone is a sight to see. The views are breathtaking. The gourmet kitchen has everything necessary to whip up 5 star meals. We had a fully relaxed 5 day vacation. Enjoyed the Harrison community which is seconds away by vehicle. But really felt at home at the Lodge. We will be definitely returning to the Lodge again!!! Thanks again Jason and Michelle for a well needed relaxation.

Best lake views and wonderful property!

We were two families of 9 and booked theaim residence for nights. The main residence is a 4 bdrm house with unparalelled views of the lake from almost every room. The priperty itself was stunning and spotless with beachfront access and lots of space for the kids to play in. Owners are very friendly and accomodating. There is also a beautiful boat attached that can be chartered for very reasonable rate. We will definitely be coming back!

This place is a beautiful property with the most gorgeous views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everyone in our group said they would love to come back. Jason and Michelle made sure we had everything we needed, we're prompt to answer questions and made our stay very enjoyable. The property is beautiful with all the amenities you could possibly need. The lake views from all the bedrooms are stunning (and the beds were so comfortable!). The highlight would probably have been watching the sunsets over the mountains while enjoying wine down by the lake. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return sometime!
