Wyndham Desert Blue (2 Bedroom Condo - near strip)

The Resort is located about 1/2 from the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Caesars Palace Casino on the strip. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES.

The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 2 bedroom 2 bath deluxe condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo is required to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE. The resort front desk does require a refundable credit card authorization of $150.00 at check in.

Summer Family Vacay

Very clean and comfortable property. Perfect for our family of 5 looking for a quieter property close to The Strip. Loved the frequent shuttles, especially the daily one to the grocery store. Pool area was perfect for the scorching hot July afternoons. Always lots of lounge chairs and food was tasty from the pool grill.

Great condo

The property was very nice, just as described in the listing. The pool area was beautiful. The shuttle to the strip was once an hour so we ended up mostly using Lyft or Uber. A great place for families or people who want more than a hotel room.

Great stay near the strip

We enjoyed staying in this 2br condo! The condo is even better than the photos and the view of the strip was a nice surprise! One heated pool and both hot tubs were open, which was nice to step away from the strip and relax a bit. The shuttle to the strip was great and we used it daily. This is the only place we would stay if we came back to Vegas!

Wonderful Experience!

Wasn’t sure what to expect; however, communication with the host was fantastic so I figured it would be exactly as expected. Everything was wonderful! The condo was big and roomy, had everything we needed, and the views were beautiful! Everyone in guest services were great as well! Pools, bar and food were more than I had imagined! Will definitely book again!

Great stay!

Matt (the host) was very communicative and up front about the check-in procedure. I greatly appreciated receiving a call that walked us through the check in and check out procedure a few days before we arrived. His tips on dealing the the concierge desk was great, since they can be a bit pushy with trying to get you into a timeshare meeting. Thankfully his heads up prepared us to firmly say no, and the rest of the stay was awesome as a result! The shuttle to Treasure Island was convenient and helped cut down on Uber/Lyft fees. The pool area was super nice. We'd gladly stay here again should our travels take us to Vegas again.

Good times

This property is a great place to stay if you wanted to be quiet and off of the main hubbub, the pools are great and it’s easy to get taxis or Ubers right at the door in less than five minutes to take you anywhere you wanna go for under 20 bucks. There is no gambling inside of the Wyndham, but you’re just minutes away from being able to go gamble. I highly recommend it was a nice relaxing time.
