This recently renovated one bedroom/one bathroom main floor walkout suite in the Grande Rockies Resort is a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. Situated just a few minutes walk from downtown shops and restaurants, it is arguably the best location in town.

The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with south-facing, breathtaking mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. There is a California king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size fold out couch in the living room. Other perks include free underground heating parking, in-suite laundry, patio with grill/BBQ and furniture, heating and air conditioning, two smart TVs and free highspeed WIFI.

Fair stay

The property rent was fine with some minor issue fix promptly. The down side, the elevator to the garage was defective, not the best situation to carry luggage down. The peoples around was kind of noisy. Not best for relax stay. It was not owners fault but not pleasant to us

Great little family get away! :)

Great location. Close to amenities and in and out highway 1. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the waterslide and pool area when had time. Never used work out room as we hiked a lot while there. We recommend and would stay again! Hosts were organized and the space was very practical.

Convenient location

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped and super comfy. Property manager was very responsive checkin and checkout was seamless. It can get loud in the morning when the hotel is busy but aside from that everything was perfect.

Nice condo!

On a positive note, this condo was clean and well equipped. The updated walk-in shower was a nice modern touch and in-suite laundry came in handy for a lengthy stay. The south facing patio provided lots of light and a place to relax. My only negative aspects are that the bathroom sink drained slowly and the kitchen cupboards required updating.

Paradise in Canmore

Very nice 1 bedroom suite with all the amenities in a great central location. A few condiments in the fridge and a well stocked little pantry. We were there for a music festival, hiking and biking. The pantry even contained a small cooler, which was so handy to pack up snacks for our days out. Ground floor unit with a little patio which was a nice spot for morning coffees or dinners. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location and family condo

This was a great condo for our family to stay in! We have two little kids and the location of the property was great to walk around Canmore. The location of the condo within the building was close to the pool and the front doors. The condo was very clean, modern and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Excellent facilities

Location and checkin was great. Owner provided all information in a precise easy manner. Condo had all basics required including kitchen items. Only wish was that it had come with a Keurig. Bedroom is a bit tight due to king size bed. Enjoyed the scenery of an elk grazing outside our patio door in the morning with the Three Sisters mountains in the distance. Indoor/outdoor hot tub was great to have especially at -40 windchills !

Great Place to stay in Canmore

Reasonably priced, good communication with owner. We didn't cook, but appreciated the kitchen for food prep. Handy to have the washer/dryer. Liked the location on the 1st floor. There was occasional noise from the hallway, but we never heard a single sound from upstairs. We didn't use the pool area or the BBQ. Sitting on the patio was very pleasant. We had an issue with the entry code on the door, but fortunately the owner answered the phone right away and was able to sort it out for us. Parking is very tight in the garage, with lots of large and wide vehicles (we had an intermediate car), but there was never a problem getting a spot.

Great location

We stayed a few nights in this condo and the location was great. You are close to the highway if you are heading off to Banff or somewhere else nearby, but also really easy to get into the town center of Canmore. Tim Hortons is right down the road, the bagel co across the street, a few great restaurants within walking distance, and CanGolf which is really fun just down the road. The condo had everything we needed.

This building is beautiful and the pool was the kids highlight of the trip. Kim was super accommodating as we were unsure of when we would make it due to a spring snow storm. Would recommend this space for a young family or couple!

Pool Access / Close to Everything

Great unit close to restaurants, Elevation Place, and Downtown Canmore. Pool is steps from the unit which is great to not have to trek outside on colder days with young kids. Would recommend this location if planning in staying in Canmore.
