Super Ferienwohnung, sehr schöner Pool, alles perfekt

Es war rundherum alles sehr schön, die Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet, der Pool ist schön, alles war sauber und geräumig. Die Straße vor dem Grundstück ist zwar befahren, aber nicht allzu laut, hat uns nicht gestört.

reasonable vacation apartment

fair value for the price, with few limitations: - the object is a FLAT, not a villa, the upper floor of the building is habitated by a local family - there is only one restroom (toilet) for max 6 persons, that could be critical - the "lawn" is too small to be really used, but features a big trampolin - the outdoor furniture is really used and worn, but they promised it will be replaced after this season Otherwise practical and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft!!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit dem tollen pool vor der tür, ist jeder Sonnentag ein Vergnügen. Bzgl. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung eher abgelegen, so dass man für's bummeln in der stadt oder den weg zum strand immer das auto benötigt... dies war uns aber vorher bekannt und hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört.

Urlaub in der Camargue Mai 2024

Liebe Muriel, wir haben uns hier rund um wohlgefühlt und konnten unserern Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren super. Der Pool war jedoch das Highlight. Auch deine Ausflugsempfehlungen waren top. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals! Un sejour tres appreciable

Nous avons passés deux tres bonnes semaines de vacances dans cette jolie villa idealement située dans l'herault. L'environnement est calme et pourvu de commerces, a 20 km de la mer et de nombreuses villes. La maison est tres bien équipée. Il y a tout le necessaire pour accueillir une petite famille. Sans oublier la piscine securisee pour la joie des petits comme les plus grands. Il manque a notre sens la clim. Avec des enfants la chaleur etait parfois etouffante dans la maison malgre le fait que nous ayons tour fermé. Ceci autant nous recommandons parfaitement cette agreable maison.

Bonjour Muriel ! Nous tenons à vous remercier pour ce super premier voyage en famille pour nous ! La maison était un sans faute, tant pour nous adultes que pour notre bébé qui a pu jouer en liberté dans l'immense salon que nous avions ! La maison est propre, fraîche, épuré et très spacieuse ! Tout était a la hauteur de nos attentes. La piscine, le jardin pour nous qui venons du Nord on a plus qu'apprécier ! L'emplacement était idéal pour nos sortie, bord de mer, zoo, aquarium etc etc. Nous parlons déjà d'un retour pour l'année prochaine, encore merci pour ce merveilleux séjour ! Léana et sa famille ☺️

Belle maison inaccessible aux personnes handicapées moteur

Nous voyageons avec notre grand fils handicapé moteur. Nous avions choisi cette location pour son accessibilité PMR prétendue et mentionnée sur Abritel, et le descriptif montrant la douche à l'italienne, la grande terrasse... "Tout est de plein pied" nous avait redit la propriétaire au téléphone quand on avait évoqué le fauteuil roulant. Arrivés le dimanche après-midi, on est stupéfait de découvrir la marche de près de 40 cm de haut entre la cour et la terrasse qui entoure la maison. Sans aucune rampe d'accès ! Cela semble incroyable. On passe vite sur le gravier profond qui empêche le fauteuil d'avancer... La propriétaire contactée a réagi très vite et nous avons apprécié sa réactivité. Elle ira acheter deux planches et deux parpaings pour bricoler une rampe de fortune à l'utilisation restant périlleuse. De plus, les portes des toilettes et de la salle de bains étaient trop étroites, pas moyen d'y entrer avec un fauteuil. Ceci n'a pas facilité notre séjour. Bien que déçus, nous ne voulons pas être trop sévère avec Muriel la propriétaire, personne sympathique. Pour les sites de réservation de logements de vacances, pour de nombreux restaurants et commerces, pour nos élus, le problème de l'accessibilité est méconnu et n'est pas considéré comme prioritaire. Il faut faire évoluer la prise de conscience des personnes non confrontées au handicap. NB : Depuis notre aventure. Cette location n'est plus mentionné comme accessible en fauteuil roulant sur le site Abritel. Nous aurons servi à la prise de conscience !

Leider nicht wie auf den Fotos!

Die Unterkunft und die dazugehörige Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. 700€ Kaution sind völlig unangemessen. Obwohl als Sprache Englisch angegeben ist, konnte weder die Vermieterin noch die Verwalterin/Reinigungskraft ein Wort Englisch. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, unterm dem Sofa zum Beispiel klebte ein alter Kaugummi. Ein weiterer eklatanter Punkt, es handelt sich nicht um eine Villa sondern um eine Wohnung. Im OG wohnen Menschen die dazu noch sehr laut waren. Die Anzeige gehört dringend angepasst oder das Objekt von Grund auf renoviert. Wir haben uns nur eingeschränkt wohlgefühlt und waren froh das wir die zweite Woche stornieren konnten, auch wenn die Abwicklung sehr nervenaufreibend war.

Super Ferien

Die Lage und das Haus eignen sich hervorragend für tolle und entspannte Ferien. Wir haben uns dort absolut wohl gefühlt. Es liegt ruhig und vieles ist gut erreichbar. Den Pool haben wir sehr genossen.

Das "Highlight" ist der Pool! (3,5m * 7m, ca. 1,15m Tiefe)

Positiv: - Pool (ca. 6m * 3,5m, ca. 1,25m Tiefe - Außendusche mit warmem Wasser - Großzügiger Wohn-/ Essbereich - Parkplatz (mit elektrisch angetriebenem Schiebetor) - WLAN (ca. 50 / 15 Mbit) - 200 Liter Warmwasserboiler (für alle genügend warmes Wasser) - 2 Terrassen, eine davon überdacht - Betten bequem - Lage: von Lunel-Viel aus, lassen sich viele Ausflüge unternehmen - Lage der Schlafzimmer zur Rückseite des Hauses - Gute Ausstattung - Fensterläden + Lichtdichte Vorhänge, Fenster in den Schlafzimmern lassen sich anklappen - Größe der Schränke in den Schlafzimmern Negativ: - Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin schwierig (keine Reaktion auf Mails über das fewo-direkt-Portal, liest WhatsApp-Nachrichten nur unregelmäßig) - Trotz „Endreinigung inklusive“ wurden beim CheckIn 120€ für die Endreinigung gefordert (wurde dann beim Verweis auf „Endreinigung inklusive“ erlassen) - Beim CheckIn wurden von uns 500€ Kaution verlangt, das war uns vorher nicht bekannt. Da wir diese Summe nicht in Bar dabeihatten, wurde es erlassen. - Sofa im Wohnzimmer sehr unbequem - Hoher Tisch im Essbereich für längeres Sitzen (z.B. Gesellschaftsspiele) unbequem - Keine Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern - Dünne Wände, dadurch ist alles sehr hellhörig - Lage: wer tagsüber die Ruhe sucht, ist hier falsch. Verkehr (PKWs, Motorroller und LKWs) auf der Straße. Nachts (bis ca. 05:30) einigermaßen ruhig. - Kein Waschbecken im WC - Entgegen der Angabe auf fewo-direkt.de ist diese Wohnung NICHT für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet! (Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über die Terrasse, von der Zufahrt zur Terrasse ist eine 30cm-Stufe zu überwinden, von der Terrasse zum Haus dann eine ca. 10cm Schwelle an der Terrassentür. Tür zum WC ist nur 60cm breit, WC selbst nur ca. 75cm. Waschbecken im Bad ist ca. 100cm über dem Boden – für kleine Kinder gibt es einen Hocker). Wir sind auf Barrierefreiheit nicht angewiesen, möchten mit diesem Hinweis aber andere Gäste, die sich auf „Rollstuhlgerecht“ verlassen, warnen. - Einige „unschöne“ Stellen in der Wohnung und im Garten (abblätternde Farbe, Macken an den Wänden, Türrahmen und Möbeln, defekten Fliesen, man blickt von der Terrasse aus auf die freistehenden Mülltonnen und herumliegenden Unrat, …). Unserer Meinung nach ist es mal wieder Zeit für eine Renovierung - Ungenügende Ablagemöglichkeiten neben den Betten, statt Nachttisch nur ein „Rahmen“ der auf dem Boden steht - Reinigung hätte etwas gründlicher sein können
