BC registry H828200414 Ocean view, modern 2 bed suite just steps to the White Rock beach and restaurants. This unit is licensed by the City of White Rock and province. Level entry, no stairs. Unit has a full kitchen including dishwasher, quality cookware and fittings. There is in-suite laundry, one bathroom with a shower/tub. Heated polished concrete floors throughout, exposed engineered beams and open concept layout. In White Rock, 1 minute walk down the city stairs to beach. Dedicated driveway outside the door and is easiest with a small or medium vehicle. Bedroom one is larger and has a king sized bed and large closet. Bedroom two has two twin beds and a wardrobe. We can convert the two twins to a King-short upon advance request. Owners live in the upper unit of this home in case you need anything during your stay. Everyone is welcome in our home but please, no pets, parties, or smoking or drug use of any kind on the property. A few comments about cleaning: Reasonable tidiness during your stay is enormously appreciated!! Food, sand, and any other messes must be tidied during your stay, not left to accumulate. We cannot accommodate diapers in our garbage or large amounts of garbage as we have biweekly residential pickup. Recycling must be rinsed as housekeeping team does not have time to clean guest recycling and city won't take containers with food debris. We pride ourselves in a well kept space. Our modest cleaning fee covers turnover/reset and not deep cleaning. Extra guests not noted in booking are not permitted. Our pricing reflects our max guests and business license. perfect stay in a perfect little spot

this is the perfect location and spot for a family of four with the two single beds and the king bed. kitchen is lovely and the furniture is comfortable and clean. the whole place is spotless and it really feels like the owners take great pride in their short term rental.

I have stayed at this property a number of times and it is exceptional. Beautifully fitted out with an ideal location. This is my go to property anytime I am in town visiting my dad. Great location, hosts and amenities!

This place was lovely. Very attractive, quiet and clean with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. The location was fabulous, with ocean view and quick access to the beach by direct (many stairs) or indirect (via a gradually sloping street) routes. The hosts were very approachable and responded quickly to questions. The main bedroom is huge. The second bedroom is cramped for two adults and their belongings and there is no window. The bedroom doors have translucent glass, and there are glass windows at the tops of the walls between the bedrooms and the bathroom. This means that if lights are turned on in any of the rooms, it will brighten the other rooms, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light changes when you are asleep. We wanted to give this a 4.5 star rating (the only detriment being the size of the second bedroom) but that wasn’t an option.

Perfect White Rock stay

Could not have been happier with the place and location. The house itself is beautiful and clean, has everything possible you’d need. Easy to get to, easy to park, close to everything at the beach. The owners were lovely to deal with, and I just can’t say enough good things about it. It was the perfect place for me to stay after not being to my hometown in many many years. Will be back.

Cozy white rock stay

This was the perfect location for a long weekend stay. Stairs down to the water front right out side of the door. The home had everything in the kitchen we could have needed, though we didn’t cook during our stay! We will be keeping this property in mind for another stay in the future!

There were two of us. I was over 80 and my sister 78. We did not have a car and walked everywhere.

If you do not have a car at this age you needed to be fit and able to walk down to the Waterfront. A lot of hills!! However we just loved the area and it suited us Absolutely. We would definitely stay in This air B and B if we were in White Rock again.

Beach Bliss...

We were so pleased! The condo is pristine...so beautifully decorated and spotless...just right for kids and adults of all ages! The location was fabulous...so close to the lovely beach and pier and many fine restaurants! We felt so at home and will definitely book again for next summer! Perfect Beach Getaway – Highly Recommended!

We had an amazing 9-night stay at this beautiful house! It was just as advertised, providing the perfect home base for our family. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away. Wonderful in White Rock!

This property is fantastic! There is a cross walk directly out front that leads to public stairs that go directly to the waterfront. About a 2 minute walk. Very well equipped kitchen. The whole suite was very clean and tidy, and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay at this property again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view of White Rock Pier

This is our second time staying here - four sisters coming to visit parents in a seniors home. This is a great location, ground floor entry to have parents over for meals, a really good cooks kitchen, comfy beds and all the amenities, and an easy walk down to the waterfront and pier. Owners are so pleasant to deal with, and we hope to return again.

Premium accommodations on the water

If you’re visiting White Rock and wish to stay at a convenient and well kept home, look no further. This ground floor unit is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and located within walking distance to the famous White Rock pier. Our stay was very pleasant as our host Geoff took care of all our needs. We had a chance to walk up and down the hilly paths every day, which kept our cardio going! In the evenings we would pop over to the restaurants on the beach strip which were just down the steps from our location. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to relax and take in the breathtaking views of White Rock. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Very impressive place and amazing hosts. Nice walk down to the pier and a good hike back (burned off that ice cream cone). Moby Dicks was a great place for fish and chips as well, about a 15 minute walk along the beach. Would love to stay here again.
