About this property
NEW LISTING - Blueberry Farm in Fort Langley
Carriage House Farm is a 20 acre property with 10 acres in blueberries, 5 acres of horse pasture and the remaining in buildings ie: horse stalls, workshop, equipment barn and circa 1911 house with surrounding gardens and lawn. The suite is in a completely separate building so privacy is paramount. We also use the lawn area at the front of the house which slopes down to the Salmon River as a wedding venue. A number of movies and film productions have utilized the property such as ‘Bates Motel’, ‘Honor Student’, ‘A Mile In His Shoes’ and the most recent from Hallmark ‘All of my Heart 2’. The majority of these events take place in the summer months. The property is close enough to the village of Fort Langley to walk to whereupon you will find restaurants, antique shopping as well as other shops, museums, the Fort to Fort Trail that runs beside the Fraser River and the historic Fort compound itself.
The original suite has been demolished and has gone from 300sq.ft. to 900sq.ft.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s Carriage House property. The location was perfect for us as it is quiet, within walking distance to restaurants shopping and the museum. The cottage is cosy clean and well equipped. J&M
We needed a place to stay, post-op, for a few days before travelling home. This location was heaven sent. An answer to my prayers for a quiet, private, peaceful place to recover. So many things we needed - like ginger tea and cookies on arrival ❤️ - and did not anticipate were either available in the unit or very close by. Kathleen, thank you, you have our deepest gratitude. We look forward to coming back for a less serious stay in the future.
Best vrbo hands down in fort Langley and amazing host. Loved the chats and getting to know them. Enjoyed it immensely. Super comfy private carriage house. Clean w fully stocked kitchen. Was such a nice treat to walk around her property and see her horses and blueberry bushes that sprawl over 20 acres. Simply amazing beautiful property! Tyvm Kathleen.. we'll def look you up next Langley stay! Until then Take care

We stayed 4 days and had a relaxing stay. The house is spotless clean, very private and peaceful. It is a few minutes drive to restaurants, ice cream and gelato, shops and antique store. The blueberry farm makes a nice view to wake up to.
Quiet, beautiful, clean and convenient. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for making meals, and had all the supplies needed. The bed was comfy, shower was hot and had lots of pressure. It was a fantastic stay!
Very well appointed, thoughtfully done. Kathleen has a gem that is super comfortable, impressively clean, and quiet. Walking distance 25 minutes to Fort Langley or stroll the lovely grounds. Anything you need is at your finger tips for a very enjoyable stay.
We enjoyed another wonderful stay here. The suite is perfect and very well supplied. The property is stunning, quiet and relaxing. Kathleen is a wonderful host.
This is our favourite place to stay when we travel to Langley.
Kathleen has an amazing property - perfect for a couple. She has looked after every detail - we couldn’t think of one thing that was missing. Hard to believe that you are in the middle of a city! Even go to see Northern Lights. We’ll definitely be back.
This was our second visit to the Carriage House Farm, we have stayed in other rentals in Fort Langley, and this is definitely our first choice.
The separate building on the property provides quiet and privacy, the completely above ground suite has the best landscape scenery, the view of the overall property is beautiful, enjoyable even with the unexpected snow cover.
The suite has the best kitchen we've stayed in for cooking and baking, the best welcoming snacks on our arrival, the living room is bright and sunny, well suited for reading in the afternoon, or watching the screen in the evening, the WIFI is strong for both personal and business connections, and of course our host Kathleen is always available by text and in person for advice and assistance.
Highly recommend.
Picturesque and serene! We love staying here. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and we always enjoy the walk to Fort Langley village for meals and shopping.
We had such a great stay. The attention to detail was everywhere from the 4 seasons robe, to snacks, coffee, and everything you could need on arrival. The mattress and bedding were also heavenly!
Will definitely stay again!
Kathleen is fabulous and has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. We had the most wonderful stay on this breathtaking property.
We will absolutely be back!
Thank you for everything, Kathleen!
What a pleasure to stay at this charming property! Plenty of room for 2 adults and fully equipped with much more than you'd expect! Clean, quiet and private, with beautiful surrounding grounds, including sitting areas along a meandering river. This is one time I wish our schedule wasn't so busy, so we could've spent more time just enjoying this accommodation! We will definitely re-book when we return to the lower mainland!
Carriage House Farm is a beautiful property. There is lots of space to wander around the farm, whether playing fetch with Duke the guard dog, visiting the horses, strolling along the river, sitting on the swings, or lounging around the second fire table in the gazebo. It’s not hard to see why this is also a sought after spot for weddings and filming movies.
The lovely guest suite provides a lovely space for two to relax, including the private patio with propane fire table looking out at the blueberry field, or in the living room next to the electric fireplace. The suite is well equipped with everything you need, and has lots of room for storage to keep organized during a longer stay.
The host, Kathleen, is friendly and wonderful to deal with. She graciously accommodated our requests and responded very quickly to any questions.
We will definitely be back!
Serene setting on a blueberry farm with beautiful grounds and loads of privacy. Kathleen, our host, gave us our space but was readily available when we reached out. She pays attention to the finer details and adds those touches that make it an extra special stay. Super comfy bed and all the amenities you need. We would definitely recommend that you stay here. We've stayed at many VRBOs, and this is one of the best.
We really enjoyed our stay here. This home is lovely, spotless and so generously supplied. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings in a country setting where we could sit on the deck and look across the blueberry field, or watch the horses graze in the pasture, and have an occasional welcome greeting from Duke, the German Shepherd. All this just a few minutes from Fort Langley.
Everything from the comfortable bed to the plush towels made for a very comfortable stay. Kathleen is the perfect host and we look forward to returning again soon.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here - it made a nice change instead of staying in a hotel. The place was spotless, cosy and comfortable. Will definitely rebook for future stays.
The suite on the Carriage House Farm was a lovely home away from home that suited our needs well. Kathleen is a charming and welcoming host. We met as strangers but departed as friends.
