Idéal week-end entre amis

Idéal pour visiter la région (Isle sur la Sorgue, Gordes, Abbaye de Senanque, Avignon, …) cette maison au calme et pleine de charme est parfaite pour passer quelques jours entre amis (5 couples sur 4 jours). Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute et très réactif. Un sans faute.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette magnifique maison, hyper fonctionnelle. Aucun voisinage aux alentours. Piscine et coin exterieur super pratiques. Nous reviendrons sans probleme !

Habitation parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour agréable de plusieurs familles

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé depuis l'état des lieux fait par Carole jusqu'au vendredi où nous avons eu deux surprises. Sans en avoir été prévenus d'une quelconque manière nous avons subit une première intrusion surprise tôt le matin par le pisciniste, puis vers dix heures nous avons vu pénétrer un camion dans la propriété. C'était le jardinier ,au demeurant très agréable, qui venait entretenir la propriété pour la location suivante (apparemment cet état de fait est récurent sans que personne ne soit prévenu). Si nous en avions été prévenus nous aurions organisé notre journée autrement alors que nous avions décidé de profiter de la maison pour notre dernière journée. Les travaux d'entretien se sont poursuivis jusqu'à midi. On nous demande quitter les lieux avant dix heures pour pouvoir préparer la maison pour la location suivante, ce qui est tout à fait compréhensible, mais cette préparation commence en fait le vendredi. Tout cela n'aurait pas ternis notre excellent séjour si à notre retour à notre domicile nous n'avions pas reçu un coup de téléphone incendiaire de Mr Escoffier nous accusant d'avoir détérioré sa propriété. Carole était venu faire l'état des lieux de sortie et tout était parfaitement en ordre à part un petit incident que nous avons signalé: une poignée de porte mal vissée était tombée un bout de celle ci s'était brisée; nous l'avions remise en place et revissée. Mais Mr Escoffier nous à accusé d'avoir taché la terrasse en de nombreux endroits essentiellement devant la baie vitrée donc sous la table. Nous n'avions pas vérifié l'état de la terrasse avec Carole ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Si certaines taches pourraient être de notre fait nous en sommes désolés mais nous n'avons rien fait qui pourrait expliquer la nature de ces taches (hormis peut-être l'utilisation d'une bombe anti moustiques bien nécessaire en fin d'après midi ) Nous avons aussi commis le sacrilège de modifier la configuration des canapés d'extérieurs en les orientant plutôt vers la piscine que vers le mur mais cela nous a aussi été reproché. Nous n'avons pas bien compris l'agressivité des remarques de Mr Escoffier qui ont mises un point d'orgue négatif à notre séjour qui s'était si bien déroulé Nous sommes particulièrement attentifs à laisser, partout où nous passons, les lieux dans l'état dans lequel nous aimerions les trouver et ces reproches nous ont vraiment touchés Nous garderons malgré tout un très bon souvenir des lieux

"MERVEILLEUX"

Un havre de paix... un jardin magnifique. Bref un petit PARADIS. Le MAS très bien agencé, avec une décoration soignée et de bon goût... un propriétaire à l'écoute de ses locataires et d'une grande discrétion ce qui n'est pas le cas dans certaines locations... Une propriété très bien entretenue, d'une propreté irréprochable , une PERLE RARE dans une région magnifique.

Wunderschönes Anwesen in Thor mit viel Charm. Grosszügiger gepflegter Pool und Anlage. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Badetücher stehen in jedem Bad zur Verfügung. Wir sind mit 4 kleinen Kinder da gewesen, es gibt 2 Hochstühle und 2 Babybetten. Perfekt für Ferien mit Kindern. Wir Danken Jean-Marc für die wunderbare Woche die wir dort verbringen durften.

A beautiful property inside and out in a very quiet, peaceful location but near lots of great towns.

This is our second visit, grandparents, parents and three small children, so the garden and pool are vital and superb here. The pool is bigger than it looks on the picture, the house is beautifully renovated and the owners helpful, and kind. We had no problems and will certainly stay again. The house is near Isle sur la Sorgue, a lovely town for drinks, restaurants, or just a little potter around. It is also with reach of all the places you would want to visit in the Luberon, Avignon, Aix, Roussillon, Lourmarin, Gordes, but just sitting outside every evening with a home cooked meal in the warmth and quietness was bliss.

Logis haut de gamme pour un séjour au calme en plein Lubéron.

Les propriétaires sont accueillants et attentionnés. La maison de style à la fois provençale et moderne est très bien équipée et décorée jusque dans les moindres détails. Le grand jardin, la véranda et la belle piscine ne le sont pas moins. La situation très proche du THOR et de l'ISLE SUR LA SORGUE (à 3 mn) nous a permis ravitaillement et de multiples balades dans un rayon de 30mn en voiture. Nous avons tous passé (à trois couples avec 4 jeunes enfants), une semaine de bonheur au soleil ! a Jewel in Provence!

Veronique and Jean Marc have created a stunning property to enjoy and appreciate. Attention to detail and quality of finish have been paramount, and this is the best Mas we have stayed at in our 8 visits to the south of France. In a quiet location, surrounded by orchards, yet only 10 minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue, its 100+ restaurants, markets, antique stores, and shops, this 5 bedroom house with its stunning pool has got to be one of the best houses in Provence. Walking and cycling routes surround Le Thor, and Cavaillon has great value shopping and restaurants a short drive away. Avignon, the Golden triangle, and the ancient hill towns like Gordes and Menerbes are all within 30 minutes drive. We were all sad to leave, and hope to be back next year. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
