Please excuse our neighborhood's projects - It seems the housing boom has hit our little downtown neighborhood which has created several renovation and new construction projects. What this means is that there may be commercial vehicles parked in the street and the sound of busy workers during business hours.

Perfect for our trip over to watch our son play in a soccer tournment. The neighborhood is close to wonderful local restaurants and lovely walks in the neighborhood. Comfortable and easy.
Stayed here with my partner for one night while we were exploring Raleigh. Had a great time and the studio was clean, well-organized, and in a nice area. Would happily come back.
The “Modern Backyard Studio” is perfect for a quick weekend away! The owner, David, was amazing, ensuring we were able to check in early as we had an event later that evening. Would absolutely recommend this cute and affordable studio for your next getaway!

What an easy place to stay while in Raleigh! While small, the Backyard Studio had everything we needed for our short stay - convenient location, easy check-in/check-out, necessary amenities, adequate parking. We would definitely stay again when visiting Raleigh.

Definetly recommend.
I was in town briefly to drop my son off for his freshman year of college and this property was just what I needed. It was clean, quiet, private, and so easy to get to. I'd definitely stay again.
Great place to stay. It’s that simple, if I am ever in the area again I will stay here. The Host is great and answered any questions I had. The building itself is amazing.

This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends.
