This villa includes a private chef, daily housekeeping and an on-site villa manager.During your stay at Villa Paraiso, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. These include a 27-hole golf course, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, pool area with swimming pool and kids pool, paddle tennis courts, and more. This is the perfect place to experience an unforgettable Caribbean getaway.

LOCATION:

Villa Paraiso is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located on the golf course with views of the lake and the golf course’s holes 7/8 (Buganvilla). The lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming, boating, etc.

Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.

The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, paddle tennis courts, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

VIP inclusion: Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant located on Bavaro Beach with complimentary transportation. The transportation is subject to availability and must be booked well in advance. A minimum consumption of US$ 20 per person at the bar/restaurant applies, and food and beverages from outside are not permitted at the beach club. NOTE: Food & beverages at the Jellyfish restaurant/bar and are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the restaurant. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply! Blackout dates are specific dates during which the beach club access is not available, e.g. due to private events.

NOTE: Villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is only for property owners.

THE SPACE:

Villa Paraiso is a stunning 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 2-story villa with private pool, Jacuzzi, games, bar in the living room (beverages are not included), and 3 primary bedrooms.

Step into Villa Paraiso through its impressive double front doors, and you’ll immediately be greeted a grand living room area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing in the comfortable sofa area. The living room also includes a bar (beverages are not included) with a large flat-screen TV and a poker table. For special events, you have the option to hire a professional bartender for the night or your entire stay for an additional cost.

The interior of Villa Paraiso is modern and very stylish with colorful Caribbean artwork that gives the villa a warm and welcoming feel.

From the living room, you can walk directly out the double glass doors to the outdoor terrace with pool, Jacuzzi, and sofa lounge area. This is your own Caribbean paradise with a beautiful view of the lake and golf course. NOTE: The Jacuzzi can be heated, but the pool cannot.

The formal dining room is elegantly set with a large dining table seating 16 comfortably. If you prefer a more casual dining experience, you can enjoy your meals outside on the poolside patio. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a gourmet chef included in your villa rental. Your private chef will prepare all your meals during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation (groceries not included).

Upstairs, the game area awaits with a foosball table and a pool table, promising hours of fun. Relax on a comfortable couch and watch TV, completing your luxurious vacation experience at Villa Paraiso.

Villa Paraiso has 8 bedrooms, including 3 primary suites. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, and 5 bedrooms upstairs.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs, corner): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and walk-out access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2 (downstairs) with 2 Twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs, corner): The 2nd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a balcony with views of the pool area and the lake.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs, corner): The 3rd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a balcony with views of the pool area and the lake.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
