Villas Plaza Mismaloya located between jungle, beach, and river, 5 minutes walking distance to Mismaloya beach and a few meters from the original set of the movie “Night Of The Iguana” that made Vallarta famous, located directly in front of the main highway, easy access by car or bus. As you may know, the south coast is by far the best location and has the best beaches on the bay.
Consists of 8 exclusive, private residences, where security and privacy are a very important factor. The entire complex is walled off, and the entrance is exclusively allowed to residents and their guests. The exterior amenities include a tone swimming pool, parking (2 cars per residence), garden, and landscaping combine with great exterior light to make this a great ambiance for all.
