This beautiful family home is in the relaxing and quiet neighborhood of Crawford Estates. Situated on a 1/2-acre property, this home has been called warm and inviting, and described as the perfect vacation spot by every guest that has passed through its doors.

The backyard, which is every family’s dream for a rejuvenating and self-entertaining vacation, boasts a 16x36 foot (8-ft-deep) heated pool with a diving board (also a shallow end for beginner swimmers), a hammock, BBQ, flower garden, basketball net, street hockey nets, south-facing yard for maximum sunshine, covered back patio, and a deck and dining set for evening unwinding and relaxation.

Within the neighborhood of Crawford: 1. Redridge Park (a couple of blocks away)—the neighborhood playground with wide-open soccer fields and a park for kids to play. 2. Mission Ridge Park (a couple of streets over)—with hiking paths and trails, boasting epic views of Lake Okanagan. 3. Canyon Falls Park (a couple of blocks past Redridge Park), one of Kelowna’s most popular hikes and tourist attractions featuring Crawford Falls—a 2km adventure down a scenic ravine with breathtaking views of 20-foot waterfalls. 4. And Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park (access to the northwest entrance just a few short blocks away)—a hotspot for downhill bikers and adventurers with over 100km of trails and walking paths.

BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY!!

Trying to find a time and place that everyone will enjoy to gather my kids and grandkids is always a feat. We hit the jackpot on this find. The space inside accommodated all of us perfectly for sleeping and socializing.. but the large yard where games were played suited a 20 month old blowing bubbles, the teen and tweenagers playing soccer and volleyball and the middler who just wanted to play tag. Add to that all the pool time and lounging in the sun or under the covered deck made for the best week ever. We will be back. Thank you Chris & Cindy.

Weekend getaway

Chris and Cindy are fabulous hosts. They were quick to respond, had excellent communication around check in and check out and were very accommodating. The property is beautiful with a lovely, private backyard and pool in a quiet neighborhood. The home is clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time here and highly recommend it.

Fantastic Place

This house was perfect for our group! We had 7 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone! Everything was very clean and the pool was fantastic!! Would highly recommend if you're in the Kelowna area, and you're looking for somewhere quiet, but still within 15 minutes of the city.

Amazing family vacation

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Cindy’s house and we loved our stay there! The property is located in the quiet neighborhood but yet close to all the amenities. The house is very clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. We got tons of use out of the pool and it sure helped to have AC in the house during the very hot days. The hosts, Chris and Cindy are just wonderful people and were always quick to respond with any questions or requests. Thank you again for letting us stay at your house and enjoy the rest of your summer!

50th wedding anniversary celebration

We are a family of 13, ranging in age from 1-71! We met at this house to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We loved the spacious, beautiful yard and lovely pool. The yard is big enough to throw a frisbee or football and the pool is just the best! We had very hot temperatures and our grandchildren were in the pool a lot!! We all were! The house has many great spaces to be together but big enough for alone time. The appliances are top notch and got used a lot!! The a/c worked great all week as the temperatures soared to 36 and higher. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We loved our time together in this great home!

Great Family oasis

Nothing but good things to say about this property. Clean, lots of room and beautiful pool/backyard. Great communication with Chris, who got us in early and did all that was asked of him! Away from all the hustle and bustle but everything easily accessible by car. Highly recommend for any group looking for their own private oasis!

Mountain Paradise

If you are looking for a getaway away from the hustle of the city, but with all a city has to offer in a short driving distance you must consider this place. First off let me start by saying my family and I travel from Saskatchewan to BC every two years and actively look for a place that checks most or all of the boxes we are looking for in a VRBO. Out of all the ones we considered, this one stood out for various reasons. It is a large house on a spacious property that had plenty to offer a group ranging from 1yr to almost 60. This place has a huge "heated" yes....heated pool that was used daily by everyone. including the 1yr old and this grandma who cannot tolerate regular temp pools. This is such a fabulous feature and had all of us stating that this has set the bar for any future rentals. The house itself was vey clean and had everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of bath and pool towels as well as all the amenties one could want in a VRBO...so much so that we prepared and ate all our meals there with the food we purchased as it was just that good that we did not want to leave. . At no time did we experience any issues with internet or signal services or any other issues at all. Cindy and Chris were fabulous to work with and always responded to any messages in a really quick manner. They really made you feel like their home was your home the entire time there. Highly recommend this gem

Family vacation in Kelowna

We had amazing time staying at this property. We were there for a week with extended family, including three kids ranging in age from 3-9. All three of them were kept entertained with the pool, yard and trampoline throughout the week, while the adults enjoyed relaxing by the pool and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The size and layout of the house allowed everyone to have enough privacy, while providing spaces to come together. Chris and Cindy were proactive communicators and answered most of our questions before we could ask them. Would definitely stay again.

Family Get-together

We were seven adults and 4 children. The house was well equipped, with a beautiful back yard and a large swimming pool. We spent most of our time socializing and eating around the patio table by the pool, although we had to scrunch up to fit everyone. There were enough bedrooms for everyone. My wife and I, as the seniors, got the master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. It had lots of storage space for clothes and accessories. The two downstairs bedrooms were roomy but had limited options for clothes storage. The pool was great and enjoyed by everyone. The kids really liked the trampoline, but I was little worried about safety. It’s a very ancient version with no protective pads over the springs and frame and no fence to keep them from bouncing off. Luckily no one got hurt and we all had an enjoyable week. We had a day at the beach, visited a couple of wineries, did a bike ride, and visited the farmer’s market.

Great holiday rental!

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. The grandkids loved the pool and trampoline. The 15 year old practically lived in the hammock! This was probably the most well stocked rental place we have ever had in the 15 years we have been using VRBO. I would suggest some sharper knives though, and a non metal pancake flipper. Otherwise all great. A few of the adults in our party felt the mattresses are starting to show their ages but we felt the master bed was great. Thank you for the wine for the adults and popsicles for the kids. That was very thoughtful. Again, great place to stay and who knows we may be back next years!

AMAZING RENTAL

This is the 3rd year our group has stayed at this beautiful place. Every year our kids look forward to their beautiful pool and they are already looking forward to next year. The house, which is located close to some wineries and a short drive to the beach, is always so clean and has everything you need. The hosts Cindy and Chris are also so great to communicate with and are always so welcoming! Can't wait to book again for next year!

Once again we had a blast

This is the second time we stay at this property. Needless to say that we enjoyed so much the first time we had to go back. The property has lots of space both inside and outside. The pool is amazing and large enough for the entire party to enjoy. The house is very well kept and equipped with all necessary things so you don't have to think about small details such as olive oil, salt, etc. Chris and Cindy are a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond if there is any need. We look forward to coming back next year again.

Amazing property

This property is truly amazing and the hosts are very quick to respond to any and all questions. The house is very clean in a very quiet friendly neighbourhood. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything you need except groceries of course. There are plenty of bathroom and pool towels and toilet paper. I would bring your own personal soap, shampoo/conditioner. The three bedrooms upstairs are a good size. The main bathroom upstairs is also a good size with a bath/shower combo. The ensuite bath was smaller but the cedar floor in the shower was so nice. Large walk in closet in the primary bedroom and plenty of hangers in all closets. The two bedrooms on the lower level were a fair size. The bathroom on that level was small but so convenient for using when out at the pool. The best part of the house was the backyard and pool. What a gorgeous backyard. The pool is a nice size and the yard is so well maintained. There are fruit trees, a small garden and a hammock. There is a nice eating area with a bbq. There are a few wineries just minutes away and grocery, liquor store is a short drive. We love to walk so it would have been nice to be able to walk to a coffee shop or restaurant but once you are in this home you really don't want to leave. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Wish we could go back every year.

Very Nice Property

The house was very clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and the back yard pristine and private. Lots of pool and bath towels. The kitchen was well stocked although a rubber spatula for the non stick griddle would have been good and a few more teaspoons. Ice cream left for the little ones was a thoughtful gesture and adult beverages for the grown ups was also appreciated. The beds downstairs were noisy and both were double beds. I am told they were not comfortable (I did not sleep in them) and noisy to the point if being comical. The bedroom upstairs was also a double, not a queen. The bunk bed was good for the little ones. The king bed was a little soft for my liking but the master suite was really nice and spacious. The ceiling fan was a plus. I fid knock a picture off the wall in my sleep so might recommend moving them a little higher on the wall. There is no railing to go upstairs which was a bit of a safety concern with a 6 yr old, 5 yr old and 18 mth old. 3 bathrooms was a game changer for 11 of us. Never ran out of hot water from showers but no toiletries provided other than hand soap. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The pool and backyard are the best. Hosts were a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond.

Perfect for a Group

We rented Chris & Cindy’s place for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We were a group of 11 and had an absolute blast enjoying this home for 5 days! It is so thoughtfully well appointed as far as the kitchen (it literally has every appliance/cookware) & laundry needs. The 3 bathrooms are perfect (especially the main floor bath for quick access from the pool!), super comfy beds & a large family room that gives everyone a place to stretch out for a movie night. The pool is amazing (and large) and no shortage of pool/beach towels! Tons of patio seating & loungers for outdoor relaxing and we so appreciated having a bbq. Due to Covid concerns at the time of our stay, we made every meal at the house and between the pool, large yard, movies/games…the on-property entertainment made it so that we didn’t have to leave which made us feel safe & secure. All communication with C&C was immediate from the time that we booked to the time we checked out! Thank you Chris and Cindy for offering such a special and lovely space so that families like ours can get back to making memories!!

Piece of Paradise!

This property had everything and more. From a gorgeous backyard and pool to a fully equipped kitchen, we felt our every need was met. The house was immaculately clean and boasted enough rooms to house our large family gathering. The location was convenient to drive to amenities and a quick 20 minutes from the airport. Our family felt at home the moment we stepped in the door with the thoughtful touches from the hosts. Communication with Cindy and Chris was expeditious and clear. Anniversary Gathering

The perfect place to recharge !!!!

Amazing !!!! Just amazing. To start with, dealing with Chris and Cindy was very easy. They were both very attentive since the first contact. They answered our question quickly and accurately. The check-in was the fastest ever and we found the property in perfect conditions. Clean and furnished exactly as advertised and you could see the care they put into the decoration and arrangement ... but that was not all. They left some ice cream for the kids and and a bottle of wine for the adults. The house was equipped with lots of utensils and lots of cooking ingredients such as spices, salt, sugar, etc, so we did not have to buy this small things in grocery trip. They had popcorn as well so it was easy to entertain the kids when we first got there :-) The property is amazing ... the outdoor area is a dream. The pool is of a great size and even with 5 kids in our party we could all enjoy the pool without bumping in each other. Also, it being heated made all the difference in days where the sun was not the greatest. There is a nice grass area as well that we used to play frisbee and other ball games. Unfortunately the tree house was inaccessible for safety concerns but even that shows the care of Chris and Cincy with the safety of their costumers. To top it off we had a challenge with the coffee grinder that stopped working but Chris & Cindy responded very quickly and next morning we had a amazon delivery of a nice new grinder so we could enjoy our morning coffee. The property is located in a great neighborhood with lots of nice areas for a walking and running (up and down so make sure you enjoy running). The area is very quiet but close enough to wineries and the nicest beaches in Kelowna (~10min drive to gyro beach), so we found the location perfect for families looking to recharge the batteries and yet have access to the nice life Kelowna has to offer. Amazing stay in a beautiful home!

We had 2 families of 4 stay in Chris and Cindy's home. We had such a great time! The home has a large pool that everyone enjoyed as well as the yard with fruit trees and a trampoline. Our kids spent hours in the pool everyday swimming, playing and jumping off the diving board. We loved that there was a bathroom right off the side door at the back so the kids weren't tracking water into the home. The home itself was great with lots of room and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. It was so well stocked we were able to cross things like spices and oil etc off of our grocery list. Chris and Cindy were easy to reach if needed and answered all of our questions quickly. We can't wait to visit again and would highly recommend Chris and Cindy's home to anyone.

A fantastic home in a great spot!

We had a 10 guest party and this home could not have been any better. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how clean it is. We were also Welcomed with some ice cream treats for the kids and some beverages for the adults. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed and there were quite a few condiments stocked as well. The pool area is simply incredible and offers tons of space for lounging as well as a covered area to relax as well. The yard is huge also with tons of privacy and come fruits trees/bushes (by the way thanks for the cherries!) and there was also loads of parking out front for the boat. We did have a wind storm that brought in some debris and Chris and Cindy were prompt in having the pool cleaners get to the property next day to clean up which was so great. They were also very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again forsure!! Thanks Chris and Cindy!

Fun and fantastic stay

Our family had a great stay! The home was clean and well stocked. It was even more spacious than we had imagined. It was cozy and we enjoyed all the art. The entire family enjoyed the pool and huge yard, and we spent hours at the piano. Great game selection too! Chris and Cindy were very responsive to our messages throughout the booking process and the stay. Looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing property for a family holiday

This home was perfect for our family holiday! The outdoor space was huge and simply outstanding - better than the pictures! The heated pool was perfectly swimmable and refreshing at all times of the day, there were lots of trees for privacy and shade, and a (much needed) covered area with for both outdoor eating and lounging. Small touches really made a difference such as the availability of some pool toys/rafts, garden berries the hosts invited us to pick, and welcome treats for both kids and adults. The house was clean and comfortable, smelled great, tons of indoor and outdoor towels, all bedrooms a nice size, perfect for our family group of 9 including 4 kids. The house is in a really nice quiet neighborhood, 5 mins away from a couple of lovely vineyards. Very friendly and responsive hosts! Highly recommend this vacation rental.
