Enjoy evening sunsets, star gazing and whale watching from the large cedar deck extended off the 9ft sliding glass door and from the courtyard. The cottage has cozy furnishings, white shiplap walls, granite counter top, tiled open shower with endless hot water. During stormy wet weather, enjoy the comforts of home by taking in a movie from a variety of complimentary DVD selections, free wi-fi, cable tv, coffee/tea with a microwave and fridge. Please note, this unit does not offer a kitchen.

4 night stay at heceta beach.

It was one of the nicest places so far that we have stayed on our two week honeymoon along the Oregon coast. They supplied everything that you could need or want and they were great hosts. Their place is unbeatable for the privacy and being steps away from the beach.

The Perfect Place

What an amazing place and the best view only steps from the ocean. Everything you could possible want is right at your finger tips and very classy throughout. Just minutes away from downtown Florence - it doesn't come any better than this little gem of a place to stay.

Darling Hide Away

We had the most lovely stay at this sweet and peaceful property! We could not have picked a more perfect location to explore the area and get to know Florence. It was a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing time, with an oceanfront view and a great cozy place to watch when the rain came. The cottage is adorable and had everything we needed and more. There were ample quality linens and household supplies, with so much attention to detail and nice touches. The temperature was perfect when we walked in, as it was chili outside, and remained comfortable throughout our stay. Paul and Michelle thought of everything to make guests feel welcome, cared for, and comfortable. The cleanliness of the cottage was impeccable! Even the extra blanket throws were tied in neat little bows. We highly recommend visiting!

Cozy Nook

Wonderful property that’s the perfect size for a couple. Very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed watching the sunset from the private deck. Access to the beach is very easy - just a quick walk up a sandy path and you’re there.

Perfection in every aspect!

Hands down, best experience ever! The unit was impeccably clean and cozy. There were thoughtful details everywhere, from fully stocked coffee bar to spare toothbrushes in the bathroom vanity! Hosts were responsive and thoughtful! The location was private and steps away from the beach. We enjoyed every single moment and will be back again! Thank you!

27th wedding anniversary

I absolutely loved this property. The ocean view and beach access is excellent. The room is super cute and the owners have thought of everything, right down to warm water to rinse your feet off after a walk on the beach. The bed is comfortable, the chairs are comfortable, you don't have to cook or do dishes which was a welcome change. I would absolutely recommend this for any couple or single looking for a beautiful, relaxing experience on the beach.

4th of July Bday

We always try to go somewhere different for my husband's Birthday for its on the 4th of July. This was the perfect little bungleoo. Everything we needed was virtually right there. Stocked with so. many essentials that if you did forgot something, it aas already there for you to use. Perfect for a quick walk to the beach and was super relaxing and cozy. This was the best part of the Vaca. So perfect for a romantic getaway.

Adorable beach cottage

We booked haceta beach hideaway for our anniversary get-away and it was perfect! The cottage is Uber clean and tidy with the most thoughtful attention to detail. Location on the beach is perfect. Thank you Michelle and Paul for sharing your place with us. We will definitely be back!

A very nice location!!

This is a very nice place for a couple wanting a weekend getaway. The beach is right there and the little patio is terrific. The rental is clean and comfortable - and one thing I REALLY appreciate is that they did not use strong smelling cleaners or fragrances!!

Birthday Getaway

The space was exactly as pictured! The view of the ocean was incredibly beautiful and we had all that we needed for our stay that weekend. It is a perfect place to relax, disconnect, and it would be a perfect location for solo travelers as well. I would definitely come again!

Magical!

Haceta hideaway is a perfect spot for enjoying the beauty and splendor of Florence. The cottage was perfectly appointed and so cozy. Looking at all the stars in the sky and listening to the waves crashing on the beach was the best way to fall asleep. We will be back!

Amazing place

Everything about the property was wonderful, clean, great location, so many little hospitality details for everything you could need. It was amazing to be able to sit inside and watch the ocean and the beach was just a short walk over a single dune. Would definitely stay again. The best Vrbo I have been to!

Quiet getaway

We drove along the coast after staying in Portland. This was such a cute and cozy cottage. It was very clean and updated. The area was very quiet but just a short drive to nice little restaurants and shops. We drove along the coast and did some hiking and got to see some seals, sea lions, and elephants seals further down the coast. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay if I was in the area again.
