Our vacation rental home offers 2500 sq ft of living space with upgraded finishes, cooks kitchen with plenty of storage and all appliances, fully fenced backyard with gas BBQ, large outdoor dining area and ample space in the outdoor lounging area with an outdoor gas fire table. You'll also find ample parking, theater room, spacious master bedroom with full ensuite with walk in closet and laundry, washer dryer on top floor and bottom floor.
Only a 10 minute walk to amenities and beautiful Skaha Lake Beach.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 office/bedroom home sleeps up to 6 very comfortably (up to 8 easily with extra queen sofa beds). 3 full bathrooms for guests convenience with hot water on demand. Top floor is all master bedroom with king bed and private en-suite. Main floor bedroom with queen bed, spacious basement bedroom with queen bed. You’ll also find a private office on the main floor which works great to catch up if work requires and doubles as a bedroom with a comfy queen sofa bed. In the basement you’ll find another queen sofa bed in the flex media room next door to the home theater. Enjoy the game on 75” of 4K HD viewing from comfy reclining theater seating with surround sound! Stream your days activities onto the big screen or just unwind to a movie after a long day.

Enjoy Spring and Fall wine touring. Partake in many summer festivals, boating, beaching and golfing while winter has a short 35 minutes drive to Apex Resort.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Our stay at Melissa & Mike's vacation home was absolutely wonderful. The house is spacious, very well furnished and very clean. The super equipped kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The coffee drinkers especially enjoyed the Nespresso Machine. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms clean and supplied with everything we needed. The outdoor space was amazing. The yard is very well maintained with beautiful flowers and cedars. We enjoyed meals in the covered BBQ & dining area. The large lounging area gave everyone a place to relax and we had several lovely evenings sitting around the fire table. The outdoor (and indoor) games provided were a bonus. The location was great for those who wanted to do winery tours, go to the beach or just go wander around downtown. Melissa & Mike were 5-star hosts, extremely prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property!

Turner Wedding

We had a wonderful time, can’t believe how well the house was equipped, especially the kitchen fridge/freezer and ice maker. Lots of seating options around the kitchen work area. Amazing back yard and covered outdoor patio, throughly enjoyed by all (8), lots of seating options! We were so busy we never had an opportunity to explore the home movie area which looked amazing!

Cycling Trip Perfection!

A group from my cycling club stay have stayed in this home 3 years now and we absoutely love it. The house has eveything needed for a group of hungry cyclists and we love relaxing in the backyard rain or shine!

Wonderful Place for Family Gathering

My partner and I got married in Penticton in July and booked Mike and Melissa's property for family members to stay for the week. Their home was everything we had hoped for and more. The expansive backyard setting with firepit was perfect for evening gatherings and barbeques with extended family. The vast and well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The spacious master suite on the top floor was absolutely amazing, with a deep soaker tub, luxurious shower and separate water closet, as well as separate laundry and walk-in closet! Mike and Melissa's home is stunningly appointed in every respect. The location was perfect, a block from the pickle ball courts and a few blocks from Skaha Beach. Everything about Mike and Melissa's home was absolutely perfect, and truly made our wedding week celebrations a dream come true.

Great family stay.

The property is situated very well in terms of heading to the south (Oliver, Osoyoos) and north (Kelowna, Vernon) Okanagan and the the city of Penticton. The house is remarkably well equiped and was very comfortable for the six of us. The outside dining and wining area was a real plus. We would return to this residence.

Great house for hanging out with friends

Lots of amenities and places to hang out. There was 6 of us from our cycling club this year and we were able to cook great food and relax in the garden after our bike rides. The home has everything we need, and more.

Urban Oasis!

We loved our stay at this rental! The home was very well stocked, very very clean and secure. Binder of info was very helpful, was able to use things like the fire table with ease. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Perk was lots of parking space, great for a group. Close to Walmart (walkable) and other shop essentials. Great place for family or group stay. Highly recommend!

Wine Tour

We were 3 couples that were visiting the area to do some wine tasting. The house is a short drive to all the Naramata wineries and less than 10 minutes to downtown Penticton. The house was really clean, well organized and stocked with all the basics like soap, shampoo, coffee, paper towels, napkins, etc., you name it, they had it. The outdoor space was fabulous, very large and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit listening to music on the outdoor speakers while enjoying a glass of wine. We played bocce ball and tried our hand at basketball. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded immediately. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Stay!

This was the perfect house for our group of moms and teenage hockey players. The boys took over the basement and the basketball court while the moms got everything else. As mentioned in another review, this house is much larger than appears in the listing and absolutely everything you could possibly need in a stay away from home is in this house. The backyard is beautiful and we sat around the fire table every night. The hosts were very responsive and just amazing to deal with. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Wonderful Stay in Penticton

We are a family of 3 that absolutely love the lake. We aim to spend as much time as we can out on the lake wake surfing, water skiing and soaking up the Okanagan sunshine. we enjoy wine touring and the trails as well for a delightful change in scenery.

Why they chose this property

Originally purchased as we wanted a flat yard with RV and boat parking within minutes to the boat launch at Skaha Marina. We gutted the house and completed a full reno in 2008. We have been continually adding to the property and making it more enjoyable every day. It is minutes from everywhere in town and we love decompressing in our backyard oasis.

What makes this property unique

We love boating and love being 5 mins from boating out of the marina at Skaha Lake. Skaha beach is closest to the house and is usually calmest of the two beaches.
