Very nice place. Beachy decor. Clean and comfortable. A few things that need to be provided are a broom and dust pan and a sifter mop. I had no way to clean up the floors.

Great stay in Clearwater Beach

Property is very spacious with 2 large double bedrooms of which 1 has an ensuite bathroom. Second bathroom in hallway. Big kitchen with all you need. Large dining table in living room. Outside communal terrasse in front of door with table and 4 chairs. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to a Walgreen's. 30 minutes drive to Tampa airport. We will definitely come back if we ever visit Clearwater Beach again!

Family vacation

Great location! Very close to the beach. You don't need to pack lunch or anything because you can walk back in 3 minutes to get what you need. Very clean overall. My only complaint was the pull out couch. We needed it for our kids and it was very lumpy and had a big stain of some kind on it. We just folded it back in and my son slept on the couch and my daughter slept with us.

We didn’t have a good vacation

There was a dead cockroach in the room that my children were supposed to be staying in, after seeing the dead bug the first day they wouldn’t go back in that room. The hallway bathroom towel rack broke off the wall

The location is great. It is about a block from the beach. I like having two bedrooms and a washer and dryer. It is the fanciest but was great for us.

Great location

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater. The location was super close to the beach and all the shopping. My younger son loved the park across the street. A few things we noticed during our stay were the stand fan, and toaster did not work. However over all it was a great stay

Great spot

We really like the location of this place. It is set back 1 block from beach, super easy walk over, close to restaurants, had all the beach accessories you need. You walk past Palm Pavilion on your way to the beach (they have fabulous food), but what we really enjoyed was taking the beach chairs over at night and sitting on the sand behind the place and listening to the live music. I liked being on this side of Clearwater. We walked to the pier one day and the crowds in that area and further south were insane. We had lots of people where we were but didn't seem so congested. I would definitely stay on this end again when we come back. Nothing bad to say we had a fabulous time!

Nice place!

We found this unit clean, cute decor, well stocked kitchen, great size and layout for my sister and I, but would work very well for 2 couples too. Great location for the price, was a little more walk to the waters edge than we thought, but the large beach was great! We could walk to everything we needed. It was peaceful and quiet in our unit even tho it was spring break. Sweet little screened porch off of both bedrooms. Parking was handy but if you have 2 cars be sure to reserve 2 spaces. Street parking available but expensive. Communication with host was very good. We enjoyed our stay here!

TVs in bedrooms not hooked to cable. Trouble with main tv. the seasonal pool was a joke. Not open till April and then not heated. Its a community pool.

location was great only down side was the small tvs not a big deal as we were on the go every day. pull out couch could use a mattress topper for comfort. the community pool is only open for summer months. we would stay here again for sure.

Great location

The location was perfect. We walked everywhere beach, bars and restaurants. Communication will the owner was easy and quick to respond. Perfect spot to relax on vacation. Definitely would stay again.
