F2 apartment in a luxury residence located on the seafront, south exposure, 50m from the Midi beaches, near the center of Cannes and the famous Croisette. Adult and children's pools with whirlpools reserved for the residence, private box in the basement.
Very well located between Cannes and Mandelieu-La Napoule, exceptional residence surrounded by a tree-lined garden, facing the sea and the sandy beach.
Shopping centers and markets nearby - all brands
You can practice sailing, diving or water skiing, play Golf Old Course Cannes-Mandelieu, the oldest golf course on the Côte d'Azur.
Boccacabana, has weight benches and maintenance equipment for a fitness trail (2 minutes walk from the residence)
However, near the center of Cannes and the Croisette, a car or motorbike is recommended (10 minutes). You can also get there by Bus (Round-trip stop in front of the residence).
From Cannes La Bocca station, you can visit the gates of Italy (Ventimiglia ...), The principality of Monaco.
From Cannes train station - all destinations.
Nice and its airport is 25 km away, Monaco 45 km, St Tropez 45 km.
The Lérins Islands or the rocks of the Estérel by boat from the port of La Napoule or Cannes.
