Super Clean and Convenient

My husband, mother-in- law and I stayed for two nights. The property was very clean and contained everything we needed. Parking and entry to the property was very convenient and communication with Victor was easy and quick.

Stylish St. Johns Accommodations

Enjoyable stay. Had a problem with the wifi, but contacted the host (Victor) and got the problem fixed right away. Planned on staying 3 nights but ended up only stayed 2 nights. Got refunded for the night we did not stay. If going to St. Johns in the future will definitly check to see if this property is available.

Accommodation in sketchy area of town

The property is located in the sketchiest area of St. John's. We did not venture out in the evening and I would have felt more comfortable if there was a deadbolt on the door. The outside of the property needs some serious paint and cleanup. The backyard was overgrown and had junk in it. The inside was marginally clean and the furniture was tired. I washed some of the dishes before I used them. There is an oven and a microwave but no baking/cooking dishes that could be used except one cookie sheet. There were no paper towels either. Bottom line - I wouldn't recommend this property!

Excellent Stay

We spent just over a week and the accommodations were excellent. We walked downtown easily pretty much every evening. It provided great access to the highways and it was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Week in the city

Lovely house, really enjoyed the patio, central location so we walked almost everywhere. Even during a heat wave the fans and windows were enough to keep it comfortable.

Great Location

This apartment was walkable to downtown restaurants and bars and to the Delta Hotel to catch the hop on hop off bus tour. The inside was lovely and very clean.

Great Location

Just minutes away from downtown and a short drive to many different tourist attractions and hiking trails. Victor was very helpful in suggesting tourist and non-tourist things to do and places to eat.

Long Weekend

The apartment was in an excellent location - less than a 15 minute drive to everything we were looking to do - shopping, Signal Hill, Cape Spear, MUN, etc... The apartment was nice & cozy! A much better weekend experience, compared to staying in a cramped hotel room! Renter was friendly & quick to reply. I would highly recommend!

Home Away St. John's

My wife and I and another couple stayed at home Away St. John's. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers,dishes, and washing machine.Victor made check in very easy. It was a 20 minute walk to George Street, it is uphill all the way back. It was not a big problem for us, but people with mobility issues should plan on driving from here to local attractions. Also you need to be able to do stairs to stay here. It had a nice kitchen and everything was very clean. My only minor suggestion would be to spruce up some of the bathroom tiles with caulking when you get a chance, but overall it was a nice place to stay at a very reasonble price. I would ceratinly stay here again.

St Johns stay

Our accommodation was a little bigger than what we required but worked well. It was clean and had the basics. We stayed for a week a did a small shop for food so we could have breakfast. It was close to downtown and a convenient point for accessing other parts of the areas we wanted to visit. All in all a good choice for us.

Great location -apartment in St John's

Loved this modern 2 bedroom 2 story apartment well located in St. John's. Easy to get anywhere from here by car. Really nicely appointed. Only problem was a squeeky bathroom door but Victor is aware and will be fixing. Lovely balcony for coffer in the morning. No a/c but a ceiling fan in one room and standing fan in the other that cooled everything off at night Definitely recommend this place. Carol Marg and Jan

Awesome place to stay!

Vicktor was very helpful with tips and recommendations and always available for questions. The location is really well kept and a short walk from George street. The bedrooms upstairs provided good separation from the kitchen and living room Downstairs and has a nice backyard patio as well. Thanks Victor!

Perfect location

We went to see zz top at the Mary browns center, this property is walking distance from the stadium and lots of restaurants, very clean and Victor was excellent to deal with.....5 stars in my book :)
