Great spot outside Las Vegas

We really enjoyed the property and location, it's a lovely gem outside Las Vegas. The suite itself was pretty much as advertised and we really enjoyed it. Only complaints we would have are: - The hide a bed is really uneven and only one thin blanket. We went and bought one to use. Fine for one person but wouldn't put a couple in it. - Parking was a problem, the listing said "garage" but we had no access to the garage, there is limited parking on the property and you have to hike up the hill from the lower parking lot which is often full. After dark there is no lighting so you need your cell phone light to see where you're going. There's also a fair bit of mud in some areas and if you can't see where you are walking you end up stepping in it. We managed but if you had mobility challenges this would be a nightmare.

Great stay at Lake las vegas!

This property was clean, spacious and the location was lovely. The balcony was large private and you were very close to the pools. A 3 min walk we were at the lake, restaurants and a grocery market. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and Tranquil

This quiet compact unit was perfect for the two of us for a few days. Plenty of birds at the balcony - we enjoyed watching a teeny-tiny bird settle in its nest every morning, and hummingbirds taking in the roses. The walking trails are available outside the property, and we have a lovely dinner at Speakeasy, one of the restaurants in the village. There is a village grocery store very near this unit. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. If I were staying longer, I might find the lack of a closet a bit inconvenient. But Anuk has provided small bedside drawers for storage. Anuk was also prompt and responsive to queries upon our arrival.

Great location, very comfortable

The property was clean and comfortable. It is in a great location- quiet and beautiful. It was easy to access and we had no problems with parking. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Great Location and Responsive Host, but Some Shortcomings

Overall, the location was great, and the resort was nice and quiet this time of year. Unfortunately, we got locked out at 10 pm due to a dead keypad. The host was very responsive, returning our call within 10 minutes. Since a locksmith couldn’t be reached that evening, she arranged for us to stay in a nearby hotel, which was helpful. Given the situation, there wasn’t much more she could have done, but it was still a 14-hour disruption since all our belongings and medications were locked inside the unit.A few things to note for future guests: If you’re staying more than a couple of days, bring extra supplies. The unit wasn’t stocked for a 6-day stay—only two bath towels, three hand towels, and one washcloth were provided for two adults, and there were no dish towels. Also, you’ll need to bring toilet paper and body wash. We also had to dispose of old ice left in the freezer. Lastly, the shower grout is in rough shape and really needs to be redone.Despite the issues, the host’s quick response and the overall location were positives. With a few improvements, this could be a great stay.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed Lake Las Vegas. It had an area to walk around with restaurants and shops. It had close proximity to grocery stores and Henderson was 10-15 minutes away. The condo was upscale and very clean and comfortable.

Great stay

The property was a great location to the village. Very clean the shower could use a little deep cleaning but overall great location. Could use a little more cleaning supplies like paper towels, sponge for dishes etc. The check in process was excellent. Will be visiting again for sure.

Vegas trip

Overall I would stay here again. The property is amazing! The pictures on line don’t do it justice. The communication was frustrating. I was given the host’s personal cell number but…. It took forever to get an answer. I was provided the incorrect codes for the WiFi which put me working for 5 hours at a Starbucks and the wrong code to the pool. I received both codes the following days but never was able to use the hot tub or pool as the coffee came after check out. Also bring extra toilet paper and trash bags. I was provided one roll and one bag for two people for 4 days. Not quite enough. She did extend my reservation without issue before I arrived. Just check the codes provided early and they don’t tell you when you get there that you’ll need to get the parking pass from the condo itself before getting into the garage. It was a bit frustrating. Condo was gorgeous in a great spot and very clean and comfortable.

Condo and building very nice. Area is upscale and quiet. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable space. Good value as long as you don’t mind staying away from the traffic and action in Vegas.

Great Place

This unit is super clean. Its on the lobby level, so no elevator needed, unless you come up from the parking garage. It has a nice large balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. It is a shaded balcony, except for one hour in the day. Perfect!
