Watch the dolphins swim by from your private balcony. Relax by the heated pool, or take a stroll on the beautiful beach. Great location close to golf courses, shopping, and many great restaurants. Half hour from Clearwater airport. 2br, 2 bath, sleeps 6, direct frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Master br has a king bed, 2nd br has 2 doubles. Sleeper sofa. 2 full baths. Free Wifi included.
Pool was damaged by the hurricane, should be finished end of March. Building is being painted so there may be some noise.
Only 1 parking space is guaranteed. Additional parking on the street.
New kitchen in 2020, bedrooms redecorated in 2016. New walk in shower in 2015.
Holiday weeks have premium pricing, regular and peak weeks are 7 nights minimum saturday to saturday.. Last minute discounts, inquire for price.
