Quiet scenic retreat
This stay was very good overall - excellent for 2 people. The view, the privacy, the peace and quiet, and the quality of the kitchen and bath wares were all appreciated. The wifi internet connection was solid and fast. Instructions and guidance on the cabin and water usage were good to see and accessing the cabin was straight-forward. The bed is soft as reported in other reviews but that’s a matter of personal preference. For cyclists, the last 200m of the access road is dirt and steep so be prepared to walk bikes that last distance. For kayakers, launching in the bay would be easy - the next time we visit we will certainly rent some kayaks. To save water, we used a pot in hand-washing dishes - a dishwashing tub that would fit in the sink would be a minor addition to the kitchen wares. It would have been nice to have met the owners to express our thanks in person. All in all, this was a little gem of a stay and we hope to return one day.
