Pool and fitness area which are prominently shown in the listing are not open, likely haven't been open in months/years and show no signs of being open anytime this decade. Decent place to stay. No shower bar or curtain in one of the bathrooms. Very few supplies for stays longer than a day or two. No dishwasher soap, shampoo, etc.

Great location but basic necessities missing

This was a clean, modern home in a perfect location since we were attending an event at Canada Olympic Park, just 10 minutes away. We have stayed in many VRBO/AirBnB homes and this one was one of the least well-equipped. There were no face cloths, only 4 small "bath" towels even though there was a pool for our use. Less than 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 nights. No bar soap or body wash. Just a hand soap dispenser at the sinks. No cooking oil, a bit of salt & sugar in open bowls, no pepper, no spices. We had to go out and buy our own bar soap. The main advantage of renting a home is to do our own cooking, it makes no sense to do that if we have to buy the basics like oil, salt/pepper, etc, and then leave them behind. The home has white carpeting, and the rules state no eating in the living room, even though you have to walk through the living room to the dining room. Why install white carpeting if you are so concerned about stains. Overall, the location trumped everything and we had a good visit. But the lack of basics (compared to other places we've stayed in), and silly rules, does not allow me to recommend it to others.

Everything was good but ad is misleading.

Was mostly as advertised. Looks a little bigger than it actually was but plenty of room for 4 adults. Biggest complaint is the bed in second bedroom is not a queen as listed in the amenities. Very small for two people, maybe a twin. Could not even rollover without knocking the other person. We would not have booked if we had known it was so small. Made for poor quality sleep. Otherwise clean and functional. Pool and hot tub did not look well maintained, not that clean and seemed lukewarm. Not the fault of condo owner though.

Not ready for us

Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication with the cleaners, the beds hadn't been changed and the towels hadn't been replaced. However, by 8:00 everything was done so we could get the children to bed. There was a coffee maker but no pot - we never did figure out where it went! The property is nice, and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is not close to anything for groceries, restaurant, liquor store etc.

Clean and spacious 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. I really enjoyed the patio with the warm weather Calgary was having. The condo had most cooking items you would need for in the kitchen other than salt/pepper etc, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies and and laundry facilities are provided which was a huge bonus when travelling with kids. The pool/fitness Center is a very short walk from the condo so not a big deal at all. Parking is in a garage for one vehicle, the spot is a little tight for bigger vehicles. There is a visitors pass for parking out front as well. Parking on the street not too far away was also safe as it’s a nice area of the city. Overall the condo was clean, in a great location for us and very fairly priced. We would definitely stay again if we needed to be in that area in the future.

Apartment was just as described. It was clean and organized. The layout of the apt is great for socializing and cooking and relaxing. The patio is very inviting and catches much sun. Lovely area; but one in which you will def need a car to get to areas of interest in Calgary. We recommend!

Great location!

Lovely property Confusing check in No communication with the landlord, we reached out twice to the automated emails we received and never got a reply. No number to contact the landlord directly and we had questions upon check in. Parking pass for underground garage (one reason we chose this property!) was not inside the house, as stated, so we had to park both cars outside and one car was keyed along the side. The toilet was plugged. No way to get a hold of the landlord. The condo itself was a great location and it was a very comfortable stay besides the inconveniences mentioned above.

Excellent Property

I felt bad for the owner because a careless person smoked in the master bathroom. It stunk really bad i felt the cleaner could have washed walls, taken down the fan and washed it, ect once i washed the walls and put coffee in a bowl it started to smell somewhat better. . Smokers! Be responsible and smoke outside. There was a deck if you needed to smoke that bad. Owner was very accommodating, we loved the place.

Towels were not in the bathrooms. Had to hunt them down and they were very rough. Broken shower door in master bathroom and broken toilet handle. Furniture is very uncomfortable. All in all it was ok, but price is a little high for what you get.

Pretty good a few small details to know

We were staying here in winter/fall ... so a few small things to know. The pool is down the way, the app and email both didn't say that (not the owners' fault just the system's), it also didn't include bringing your own towel or lock to use there. The suite is also located up a flight of stairs, which is ok for us but for some might be a thing. We loved the space. Very clean.

50/50 - It does the job possibly

Booking was easy and manager was communicative at first. Sometimes she didn't reply after I checked in when I said there were issues (which I will list below). Good to know: 1. This is not on main floor - it is up a flight of stairs with no elevator if you have heavy luggage. 2. Pool is not in the complex - you must walk down the street and use your key fob (provided the last people did not take it with them) and you are supposed to bring your own towels as none are provided and manager doesn't want you to use hers. Pros: 1. Decent layout and beds are very comfortable and warm 2. Good cleaning supplies to do laundry, dishes plus kitchenware is good and plentiful 3. Bathrooms are functional 4. Laundry was good and towels and bedding are nice. Face clothes would be a nice idea so you can wash your face at night. 5. Color scheme and set up is comfortable and place is relatively quiet...this is located in multi-unit place so some residents, especially below are loud on weekends and party. Cons. 1. Windows were open and not locked 2. Blinds are broken 3. First bathroom doesn't drain proper so after 2 min shower you are standing in 2 feet of water 4. 2nd shower is stand up only and while it does drain ok, it still has a piece of tissue in the door to keep it closed which has been a long-standing complain by others 5. Toilets flush strange, they are very tight and you think you may break them to flush them but they didn't break when I was there. 6. OLD product left behind. While someone 'may' appreciate someone leaving some soap or whatnot in the wrapper you can't guarantee it's safe. The owner says she doesn't supply personal care goods due to covid etc but the cupboards are full of half used body washed, lotions, soaps, shampoos etc that people leave behind. 7. In the kitchen there were open cereals left behind, one dated back to 2020! There was empty medicine box on top of cupboard on stove. So whoever cleans doesn't ensure cupboards are cleaned. 8. Manager doesn't supply personal care products, figuring if people are travelling they get their own. This isn't always the case as some people are travelling light and don't want to pick up stuff (as in our case, we were movind and needed few days to stay elsewhere, I didnt' want to have to buy extra personal care items that I can not take on plane). I've stayed in many VRBO who provide travel size products likes hotels. 9. No Coffee. Most VRBO do Keurig or something.

Quiet, clean and convenient

As long as you remember to bring a few supplies (like coffee, shampoo and maybe some extra toilet paper) it’s an amazing condo. Nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great kitchen and cute/cozy dining & living areas to eat and hang out with friends or family. Bonus is that parking is on same level as suite so easy loading and unloading. 👍👍 Our group of 4 loved our stay! Only recommendation to owner is to put a couple easy clean plastic chairs on the patio - would be a great spot for morning coffee.

Our stay was good, there was a few issues that the property owner addressed when I notified them. It might have been nice to have the balcony more of a relaxing place, but overall it served our purpose quite well. I would recommend it for a couple or family.
