After a complete renovation we are back and ready to host ! Our condo is perfect for families & friends looking for a great escape without the hassles! Most convenient location in Windham Mountain Village. Enjoy everything and anything the Windham area has to offer. Windham 71 is stocked with everything you could need for a great time. Large dining space, open comfortable floor plan, bunk room downstairs (3 singles, 1 double) and full bathroom with washer/dyer. The master suite (king) with full bathroom and second bedroom room (queen) are upstairs. Pull out couch in living room. Smart TVs/Wifi/air conditioning. Back deck with grill table and chairs to enjoy outdoors. Two Tennis/pickleball courts on premise. Multiple Hiking & biking trails all nearby. There are 3 golf courses in Windham, there are also another 9 golf courses within 20 miles of Windham, including 7 public and 2 private courses. Walkable distance to Windham ski mountain. 20 Minute drive to Hunter Mt., 45 Min. ride to Belleayre Ski Mt. Come home relax enjoy the view the back deck or walk over into the pool house with indoor pool & hot tub.

Perfect Everything!

The condo was immaculate. Beautiful on the inside. Had everything you needed. Perfect location to the mountain. Was an easy, seamless stay. Communication with James was prompt. I couldn’t recommend it more. Would be lucky to stay there again!!

A cozy place with amenities and close to the mountain

We spent a great week here! The place was very cozy and clean. As others said, the condominium looks even nicer in person than in the pictures. We are really happy we chose this condominium and hope to return soon.

Another great stay

This was our second stay at the property and just like the first time, we enjoyed ourselves. I love the proximity to the pool and hot tub, which were open, and the quick access to town. House is equipped with several amenities and the owner, James, was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

Stayed at James' property over the long Labor Day weekend and we all enjoyed ourselves. Having been to Windham before I was familiar the town and we love coming up here. James' home had many amenities, is kid friendly, and we loved the close proximity to the pool! We also saw a few rabbits and a groundhog that lives right outside and my kiddo's were thrilled! Ample space and comfortable beds make it a great stay for families.

Ski Getaway with Convenient Mountain Access

Very convenient location for skiing. We were able to walk back to the house for lunch each day, which enabled us to stay away from everyone when they had their masks off. It was also nice that we could valet our skis as the magic carpet lift was not running during the weekdays. Because there was a decent amount of snow, it was difficult to determine the right parking spots. We found one, but had trouble finding the second. Thankfully most of the other units were empty, so we only had to move our car once from another owner's spot. The house could also use some extra utensils. There were nine of us, but there were only enough settings for six. Overall, we were very pleased with the cleanliness, convenience and size of the unit.

great getaway

It was lovely! We really enjoyed our time there. The cabin was just what we were looking for. The kids enjoyed it. It was accommodating, very spacious and comfortable.Had a little of everything close by. The property manager was helpful and very friendly. it was honestly what we were looking for.

Nice, but frustrated

This property is nice and we have stayed in a number of houses within this neighborhood. The one thing that frustrated us, is that we specifically selected this place for it not only accommodated the large party we had celebrating my birthday... be we had a # of kids and the indoor pool was going to be a big feature. The weather when we were traveling was not going to be great, and since these NYC kids don't always have a pool readily available... it was going to help a lot. Needless to say, when we arrived the pool house was being renovated to some degree. It was fully locked down and we had no access to the pool or jacuzzi. When notifying the owner, the only reply was... "well you can check out and into a hotel with a pool." That was very annoying and unhelpful. To not even offer a slight reduction in the costs or even sympathy was frustrating. The idea of moving 10 people from a house to find a hotel is not a reasonable response. And the work that was being done to the pool had to have been communicated to all homeowners. If we were aware of that from the beginning, it would have played a part on where we stayed.

Windham Mountain Stay

We had the best stay at this property. We were in windham for the weekend for a wedding. The location was perfect as it was just short walk to the venue. The house was clean and well stocked with all essentials. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you will be using the windham facilities as it is the perfect location.

Nice place in the mountains

The location was perfect. We enjoyed the roomy and well-stocked cabin. The kids loved being right next to the indoor pool. A great spot for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable stay!

We had a lovely time at this Windham spot. Our family had never spent any time in the Catskills and we loved our time there even in the summer! The condo has everything you need and there is a lot to do near by especially if you love the great outdoors! We would definitely stay here again if we got the chance.

Peaceful Getaway

We really enjoyed the main floor of the home. The table was great for family meals and games. The dart board was a hit with the kids. We made use of the pool and the hot tub, which were both well-maintained (and we had them to ourselves). The views and weather was beautiful. The location is on a windy mountain road, so we did do a lot of driving to go see sights...this has nothing to do with the property, but should be considered.

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed the weekend for golf school at the Windham Country Club and enjoy the space. It sleeps ten but we were four. Amazing how well the house is organized with a very large dining room table to get the group together. I really liked the personal touches - so many rentals are purely rentals. This house is clearly lived in. Very convenient to mountain and town. We lost power due to a storm and found batteries until the lights went back on. Highly recommend.

Perfect ski house

The house is much nicer than it looks in these pictures. Very neat and clean, well equipped and a short walk to the slopes. Communication with the host - James - was seamless and he responded quickly. We hope to come back again.

Wonderful Ski Getaway

Very nice, cozy and clean townhome. Kitchen was well stocked, check in was easy. Walk to the slopes was a little longer than expected but not a problem. Faster coming back to the house. Loved that we could ski back for lunch. We had a wonderful time.

It was a little difficult to find the property. Paths were very icy - they needed to be attended to by the complex management team. Listing as "ski in-ski-out" not really accurate. Needed more outlets for charging, etc.

We were very happy with this townhome at the base of the mountain. Not technically ski-in, ski-out but within a short 5 min walking distance.

Great chalet for skiing

We had a great tone at this chalet for a 4 day ski trip. House was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Indoor pool was steps away and a gray way to end each day. House was a bit hard to find at night but once we got there it was great. 5-10 minute walk to the base of the mountain was easy for the kids. Had a great time!!

Wonderful weekend

Very comfortable and quiet. Hiked in the area which was at peak fall colors. Grilled and cooked meals. Would definitely stay again.

We have raised our kids and taught many others to ski and snowboard on this fun family mountain. Our favorite memories when off the slopes are around our large dinning table with after ski dinners and games.

Why they chose this property

WMV is a friendly environment. Great for families with the indoor pool and the proximity to the mountain. We chose the location due to that alone. Being able to walk to and from the mountain is the best!
