We have found from experience that what usually happens when guests stay is that extras end up coming and some expected guests do not turn up. In other words, final numbers don't always match the numbers estimated in the original booking.
So we ask people to keep a record when they are actually staying at the Lodge of the number of people who stay each night and then do a tally at the very end to work out the final cost. This works well.
Hope that makes sense.

The NZ Herald recently did a video about the Russian Billionaires mansion which is not far down the coast from us. The guy on the video mentions that the coastline where Oke Bay Lodge is situated is rated by National Geographic Travel Magazine as the 2nd equal most beautiful coastline in the world. http://www.nzherald.co.nz/business/news/article.cfm?c_id=3&objectid=11565728
