Welcome to your newly renovated basement suite home away from home, your perfect Island Oasis! This beautiful suite is located 20 min from downtown Victoria, 5 min from Bear Mountain and Thetis lake. We live upstairs with our friendly French Bulldog, Hugo, and our rescue dog, Stella, who share the backyard.

During your stay, enjoy access to the shared above-ground solar-heated pool, complete with sun loungers and a pool bar featuring swinging seats, open from May to September. On lovely evenings, retreat to your private patio, where you can unwind in the soft tub spa or cold plunge, enjoy the cozy seating area with a fire table, and dine al fresco at your 6-person dining table. Feel free to use the pizza oven and BBQ for delicious meals, and, permits allowing, cozy up by the wood fire pit on cool nights.

We’re just a short distance from Thetis Lake, perfect for paddle boarding, swimming, and hiking. Enjoy local nightlife with music bingo at the Log House Pub on Saturday nights, live music on Fridays, and Taco Tuesdays at The Rack Westcoast Bistro, all within walking distance. You’ll also find Costco, Milestones, and a variety of restaurants just 5 minutes away, along with Bear Mountain golf courses and grocery stores. The casino is only 10 minutes away, and we're conveniently located 5 minutes off the highway for easy access.

For added fun, scooters and paddle boards are available for rent. We can’t wait to welcome you! No candles, glitter confetti, no more than 6 ppl and they must be on the reservation. No hair dye. Pet Policy:
• Fees: $50 pet fee, maximum 1 dogs per reservation.
• Pets Allowed: Only dogs over 2 years old and potty trained.
• Leashing: Dogs must be leashed outdoors at ALL times. Dog must not be left unattended at any time in the suite.
• Clean-Up: Owners responsible for pet waste inside and outside.
• Behavioral Issues: Owners liable to pay for any damage caused by pet.
• Use of Pet Cover: Required on the couch throughout stay.
• No Pets on Bed: Pets not allowed on beds.
• Please notify us beforehand if bringing a dog to avoid additional charges or cancellation.
• Guests assume full responsibility for their dog's behavior and any injuries or incidents during their stay. The host is not liable for pets on the property.
