Fairy forest theme, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, close to everything

Welcome to our woodland paradise, within south Edmonton. Our nature theme was inspired by our beautiful river valley and ravines which aren’t far away. You'll feel cozy relaxing amongst the trees and ambient lights in our two storey, four bedroom duplex, complete with a spacious living room and cozy bonus room. In close proximity to anything you could need: the airport, golf courses, schools, playgrounds, shopping, West Edmonton Mall and even the river valley.

Features 4 large bedrooms, including one right on the main floor, three full sized bathrooms and large kitchen. Garage access (2 stalls) available upon request.

Great New Listing

Clean. Accurate listing. Small glitch with accessing unit initially but it was rectified quickly. Fun furniture and cute wall decor. Lots of TVs. Garage parking was available which was great as street parking was crowded.
