Amazing location and view!

This large home was so comfortable for our extended family group of 8. The first floor suite was perfect for grandma and grandpa. The location was wonderful - lots of great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and just a short ride to the beach or national park. The view is the real highlight here, though. It’s just spectacular. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and the monkeys play in the trees was fantastic.

Beautiful property. So close to the National Park, resturants, supermarkets, shopping and bus stop. Bus was so easy and cheap to get to beach and Quepos. Lorenzo was AMAZING!!! So attentive and quick to respond to any requests! He is very knowledgeable and was able to help with arranging transportation for longer trips and recommend excursions. Even though shared pool never had difficulty with our group of 12! Would highly recommend!!!

Stunning views, big beautiful home!

Lorenzo's home is a true oasis - a sprawling, luxurious haven that effortlessly brings families together. With its generous size and inviting ambiance, it accommodated all 10 of us comfortably. The location offered an abundance of amenities, leaving us spoilt for choice. Whether we were basking at the beach, soaring through the treetops on exhilarating zip lines, or exploring the natural wonders of Manuel Antonio National Park, each day was an adventure to remember. Yet, some of our most cherished memories were created right on the deck, overlooking the lush forest and sparkling ocean. Gathered around the big table, we engaged in games and conversation while nature's spectacle of monkeys, sloths, parrots, and iguanas provided a constant source of wonder and delight. The pool, a refreshing retreat, welcomed us back after our sun-soaked beach escapades. Moreover, Lorenzo's home couldn't have been situated more ideally, nestled in the picturesque hills of Manuel Antonio. Its central location made it convenient for us to explore the local scene, with charming restaurants, small grocery stores, and shops brimming with Costa Rican treasures close at hand. Undeniably, this was the ultimate destination for a large group like ours, fitting our family like a glove. Lorenzo's home not only exceeded our expectations but also left an indelible mark on our hearts, making our Costa Rican get away an experience all of us will remember.

Amazing location!

Costa Rica as a whole is a must visit location, but if you are going to Manuel Antonio this location cannot be beat. This place was walking distance to some of the best restaurants Manuel Antonio had to offer. The place was wonderful and had amazing views. This place also has available parking, so if you are driving from SJO, you have a safe place to park your vehicle (although a vehicle is not necessary in this location). We saw lots of wildlife from the balcony: squirrel monkeys, macaws, toucans, and capuchin monkeys. Our stay was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. Quick note: pool is shared and laundry is available through a laundry service through a local hotel.

Fantastic property

This property was in a great location with a spectacular view. The house was clean and very accommodating to our 10 guests ranging from 5-72 years in age. Housekeeping and property manager were all helpful. The water temperature in the showers was a bit challenging because it got really hot or freezing cold. Besides that everything was perfect.

Dream View

The best Vrbo we have stayed in. The view was beautiful and the house keeping and on site service manager was awesome! Best location close to everything. We could walk to all the restaurants and the beach. A few minutes from the national park and tons of activities. Definitely going to make the trip again with our family. Thank you for such a good stay!

Wonderful time!

Loved our stay at this home. It was right in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping we needed. Yet, when we were on the back deck you would never know there was anyone around. The most beautiful view! Loved the birds and monkeys!

Great views!!

Great views!! Super responsive property manager!!! There in minutes for any needs. Many positives. Downsides that didn't seem to be mentioned in listing are only A/C in bedrooms (not in rest of the house), shared pool (not private), and signs in all the bathrooms not to put toilet paper in toilets). We loved our stay.

To believe that 13 people could co-habitate for 8 days was too much to hope for. Thanks to this beautiful location that became a reality. We had a great time with all the adventure tours and the magnificent pool to relax in when we returned.Although our grasp on the spanish language wasn't that good it really didn't matter. Thanks to Hector and his wife for helping when they could.Thank you Laurent for letting us enjoy your wonderful home.

Best view of Manuel Antonio Park!!!

What a place, where to begin. Newly built, very safe, extremely clean with a modern, spacious feel. This place has all the amenities of an upscale home. The view of the National park was totally unobstructed from any place on the property, it was off the main road so quite also. The Hospitality was over the top, the owner had a menu to each restaurant in town, gave his (chef) recommendations for the best places to eat, which we promptly took after finding out he's lived here for 20+ years. He had a list of all the local tours and approximate costs. Offered to take us to get groceries on the first day, even cooked us the best Tuna dinner i've had yet and we didn't even ask him too. He speaks good english/spanish/french and italian so communication was never a problem. The Room were very spacious (usually a king size) with A/C and fans in almost every room. The doors and window full opened to allow the ocean breezes to cool the place down, locks and alarms on all the windows and doors for ultra security. The huge veranda was where we spend most of the time enjoying the view, being visited by local Monkeys nearly each day. Satellite TV, although i don't understand Family Guy in Spanish, there was some english speaking channels. Daily room service and fresh towels. The full size kitchen was upscale with a full fridge, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. Gas Stove, micro-wave. We are not backpackers and not all-inclusive resort people but budget minded and willing to spend the extra for a few days of comfort in some cases. We were very surprised to find that upon arrival we were upgraded to this massive place after a small cross-booking, that was really no problem for us. The proximity to the beach was excellent, it was a vigorous 15 minute walk down the typical tico side road to a very personal beach, only 15 minutes down the beach was the more crowed part near the national park. If you have a 4x4 i would recommend using to drive down right on the beach. It was also walking distance to most restaurants and shops, a short 5 minute drive would get you right to the park entrance. In all, i've been to a couple all-inclusive places that pale in comparison to this place. I've been to a fair share of hotels in North America that wouldn't be as good either. I would recommend this place to large families, couples looking for alternatives to hotels and super clubs. People that want a clean safe place to stay. The cost was extremely good, hard to beat

ZEEE BEST!!!

WOW! What incredible view! The pictures are beautifull, but the view you get standing on the balcony(or lying in one of numerous hammocks for that matter) is simply breathtaking. The location is central, but at the same time you feel away from it all. Our host, Lorenzo, was very helpful in providing info about the beach(10 minute walk), sunset bar(Barba Roja) restaurants, he even took us to the supermarket on our arrival the first night so we could buy groceries for breakfast the next morning! Talk about service! We will surely be back Thank you Lorenzo

Nice stay at Villa Manuel Antonio

We stayed one week in this seven room condo with our seven children and it was just amazing. The condo is fabulous with a splendid view on the sea either from the terrace or the rooms. It si very clean and close to restaurants, like the Barba Roja, bars and the beach that you reach after a 10 minute walk along a trail that goes by the condo. We went on many excursions and picnics in the Manuel Antonio State Park wich is only 5 minutes away by car. Our host was very helpful in suggesting and organizing the various activities. Also, with seven hammocks on the terrace, the kids did not have to fight to get one. They also loved to have small monkeys come and visit them on the terrace. We will surely go back in the near future.

Exceeded our Expectations!

My family and I spent a fabulous week at Villa Manuel Antonio. We booked the spacious 7 bedroom condo which provided ample space for my husband and I as well as our teenagers. The view from the large wrap-around deck was spectacular, and the hammocks were a favorite spot to relax at the end of the day. The condo had a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with a massive center island for food preparation and dining (we usually ate our breakfast here). On the nights we felt like cooking or bbq'ing we would eat our meal outside on the deck to enjoy the view and cool evening breeze. The condo is well situated near restaurants, local beaches, the Manuel Antonio National Park, and many other area attractions (i.e, Canopy Tour, Rafting, Deep Sea fishing, Spa, Snorkeling, etc.).. On those days when we felt like 'chilling', the ambiance around the infinity pool was very inviting....the coolest place to be on a hot day. The view from the pool was awesome, as were the grounds in general.....lots of lush tropical vegetation. Lorenzo (aka Laurent) was an amazing host, and we enjoyed pleasant conversations over wine together. He was responsive to our questions and any request we had during our stay. He was very helpful with arranging tours for us and providing restaurant recommendations (the sunset at Barba Roja was incredible and the food was delicious). We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back.

Great place, great peoples, greatest trip!

Our one week stayed at Villa Manuel Antonio will be remembered in our greatest souvenirs. When we arrived we were amazed as the condo’s were even nicer than expected from pictures viewed on the website. Villa is beautiful, furniture’s and decoration have been chose with latest fashion taste. Condo’s on three levels is divided in a way that 12 persons could easily live together without stepping in each other’s toes. Italian style bathroom adjoining each bedroom well designed to be practical and efficient. Kitchen is so well equipped that we prefer staying and preparing our meals all together and share it on the magnificent terrace with the stunning view on the ocean next to the Manuel Antonio State Park. We had such an unforgettable sejour and host Laurent have been very dedicated in all our day to day requests. We recommend this Villa, it’s sumptuous and close to beaches, restaurants and Park . P.s. we even had a sloth visiting our terrase . Amazing!
