Comfortable stay and good value

We were visiting Vancouver to attend Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concert and were thrilled to secure this cozy apartment just a half-hour bus ride from Gastown and other downtown areas. Safe, quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood; quick and convenient access to the bus route; clear and kind communication from our hosts. Mario had left snacks for us and we so appreciated him offering an early check-in, allowing us to hit the ground running and explore the city as soon as we arrived that morning from Toronto. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials had we'd chosen to cook more. Shower head/pressure was fantastic! If visiting in the winter months, I'd recommend packing a pair of slippers or thick socks -- floors were quite cold through the apartment. We'd certainly stay here again if visiting Vancouver. Thank you!

Great location

Mario was a great host. Good communication. This basement suite is a few short blocks from a bus route that goes downtown, so getting around was super easy. Thanks for being a good host Mario. We appreciate it.

Lovely quiet spacious 2 bdrm charmer

I was very impress by the lovely 2-bdrm half-basement rental. Truly a charmer. Nice neighbourhood. No problem finding parking. Tall ceilings, bright, clean, quiet, spacious. Relaxing. Neat restaurants and nice cafe nearby. Great place for a stay and surprisely central to downtown and north shore. Groceries and interesting shops nearby. Hosts were very responsive to questions and needs. I have no problems recommending this spot to friends and family visiting Vancouver.

Lovely stay in a quiet neighbourhood

The property is dead quiet and we had one of the best sleeps in a long time. The suite is simply decorated and has all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay in the city. As a local, I appreciated how central the home is to many of my favourite neighbourhoods like South Main and Fraser. Thanks for a great visit!

My family visited me to Vancouver so we stayed here for 6night. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the interior is very clean, neat and pretty! The decorations are very unique and cool and also the space is very comfy and warm. It’s really easy to get to downtown and Main street, so we were able to move pretty easily and find nice restaurants. Also, when I had a questions the host answered really fast which was very nice. It’d be great if there was a microwave and nightstand for left room though. Not a big deal cause it’s already perfect place but it’d be more perfect if they had them haha Overall it’s perfect place to stay!!!

Cozy East Van apartment

This cozy and well cared for apartment is perfect for our needs. It is in an excellent location in a pretty residential area with lovely gardens while also in walking distance to services. We hope to return again in the near future.

The property is very beautiful - the interior, furniture and decorations are very stylish I think an interior decorator made it the way it is. Hosts were very courteous and communication with them was nice and easy. House was equipped with everything necessary and more. Check in and out process was very smooth. I highly recommend staying here.

Host Mario responded to all my questions promptly. There was a lovely little welcome basket of snacks and drinks upon our arrival! Lots of kitchen utensils and bathroom sundry items. Place was extremely clean. Lots of good restaurants in neighbourhood. Easy drive to downtown Vancouver.

Located in a lovely residential neighbourhood. It’s quiet and just minutes from local restaurants and public transit. We enjoyed exploring the area and downtown Vancouver is easily accessed by bus or by car. Communication with Mario and Kristina was great. They are very responsive and accommodating. Comfortable Accommodations

We were very comfortable during our stay at this property. The apartment is nicely decorated and updated and clean. The heated floor in the bathroom was appreciated as well as the electric fireplace. We would definitely stay there again.

This suite was clean and cozy. It was in a great location on a quiet street but close to major arteries and to my daughter's apartment. Parking was readily available on the street. We would definitely try to book this suite again on our next visit!
